This small private development is set in landscaped gardens, with a beautiful shared pool set in a lawn area, ideal for adults and youngsters alike. The villa is family-owned, and furnished and maintained to higher standards than more “commercially run” properties. The old town of Nerja, with a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars, and a couple of discos, is close by. The sandy Burriana beach is within walking distance and is well provided with beach bars and restaurants, while other smaller beaches and coves can be found along the shoreline. Supermarkets, car hire, bus stops and taxi services are all within walking distance.

When you have had enough of sunbathing, swimming in the pool, relaxing on the beach, and sampling the bars and restaurants there is still plenty do in and around Nerja. Water-sports of all sorts are available - get the details from the tourist office. Golf - 7 great golf courses are within an hours drive Nerja Caves A must-see are the caves! Some of the most spectacular in Spain, and situated just outside Nerja they are famous for their dramatic underground views and rock formations. Several times a year concerts are held underground, with world famous performers Frigliana A pretty village up in the mountains is well worth the 15 minute drive, for the view, and a wide range of interesting shops hidden down narrow streets Granada The famous Alhambra palace is about a 90 minute drive through the mountains and well worth the trip (but be sure to book a ticket before you go)

The area is a paradise for Walkers and nature lovers - the Sierra Alhambra mountains behind the villa are a National Park with great walks, views and wildlife.

Golf: Anoreta Golf (6538 yards par 71) - 30 minute drive is a parkland course, designed by Jose Maria Canizares. His design offers a challenge to golfers of all levels. Water is a major hazard and is featured at eleven of the holes. Baviera golf - (6100 yards par 71) - 10 minute drive Another Canizares course it has been landscaped to make maximum potential of the views of the local mountains, pinewood and the sea, enhanced with lakes and magnificent gardens. 5 other great courses are within an hours drive - ask for details

A really great place, with lovely private gardens and a fantastic pool for kids to play. Our daughter made lots of friends around the pool and didn't want to do much else!

The villa was good, and very private with a good loacation and nice patio!

We had a fantastic holiday in Nerja. The villa was a beautiful place to return to after a day at the beach. We loved the roof terrace and patio area. The rooms were well presented, clean and cool. The pool was quiet and pleasant. Our only reservation was the distance to the central tourist area as we had to drive but would have liked to be near enough to walk and have a drink at the many restaurants.
Owner's Response: Delighted you had such a good time. Many guests enjoy the 20 minute walk into town. We tend to walk into town and get the bus (1 Euro) or a taxi (6 Euro) home after a night out

Very nice, well kept housing estate, very nice large pool.
Our house was clean, well looked after and all necessary
things were there. We felt really at home and enjoyed coming back to it after our sightseeing trips to Malaga, Granada, Sevilla, Ronda etc.
It is good to use the car to go to the beaches and into Nerja city which is a nice town. Usually parking space is
available.

Excellent villa, excellent holiday

My husband and I spent a very lazy week at this great villa. It has everything you need for a holiday, a real home from home. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment and the roof terrace is a great place to spend hours reading on the sun lounger and taking in the views. A very short drive into the old town is definitely worth a visit with a great selection of bars and restaurants for all budgets. The local beach also has everything you need with restaurants and toilets/changing facilities.

We will hopefully be going back sometime soon!

Third time in Nerja but first time at this villa - it was great and provided everything we needed for a nice relaxing holiday; felt at home right away. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Small, well maintained development with lovely gardens, swimming pool and separate children's pool.

We enjoyed the walk up and down to the beach/Nerja centre/Maro but if you don't like walking, or aren't too fit, then the local bus stops outside the development and takes you right into the centre of Nerja - great value for 1 Euro.

Families with young children would probably be better hiring a car - a bit of a trawl for young children up and down to the beach/town etc.

A great holiday, sad to leave, hope to return in the future. Delighted to recommend this villa/location to anyone thinking about going to Nerja. Nerja is a lovely, unspoilt Spanish town - hope it stays that way!
