Lovely 2 bed villa in quiet location with beautiful gardens & pool

Situated in the beautiful location of Jardines de Nerja with gardens and pool for the use of owners and guests. This is a privately owned villa maintained to a high standard with locally based English speaking management to resolve any problems should they arise. Nerja is a picturesque town with narrow streets, shops and a huge selection of restaurants to suit all tastes as well as a choice of several beaches including the sandy Burrianna Beach which is within walking distance. Nearby are the caves of Nerja and just a few miles drive away are the typical white Andalucian villages of Friglianna and Competa. Bus stop for the Nerja town bus that uses a circuit route to most places in Nerja is located by Jardines entrance. Jardines also has private car parking for owners and guests.

Nerja is located just an hour east from Malaga airport with easy access by car on Motorway/dual carriage all the way. Frigillana a pretty village nestling in the mountains just above Nerja is well worth visiting 10 minutes by car or you can take the regular bus service from Nerja to Frigillana. A little further about an hour and a half is Granada and the world famous heritage site of The Alhambra Palace. Malaga town about 40 minutes by car has plenty to see including the Piccaso Musuem. On Sunday mornings there is a very large market of normal stalls selling the usual clothes fruit & veg etc as well as a car boot stall section with the usual array of bits & pieces. The 20 minute drive along the coast with the super views to Almuneca gives you the opportunity to visit the botanical garden and enjoy a stroll along the newly constucted Maritimo Paseo. There is a municipal indoor market here open throughout the week with a good selection of fresh fish, fruit & veg & meat for sale.

    Balance required 3 months prior to date booked.
    For low season occupancy there is a weekly charge of £10 to cover oil cost if central heating is used this will obviousely be dependent upon the weather.
  • Change over day is Saturday & we ask that the villa be vacated by 10.00 am to allow time for the villa to be cleaned & prepared for the next guests.
    The villa will be availble on the day of arrival from 4.00 pm

Accomodation details

With access through a pedestrian gate from the car park our house is situated within an enclosed garden and pool area for the private use of the 37 residents and their guests. On the ground floor is a fitted kitchen complete with oven, halogen hob, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and kettle plus of course a compliment of cooking utensils, crockery & glassware. In the dining area off of the kitchen is a dining table & set of 4 chairs. Separated from the kitchen & dining area by the marble staircase is the lounge furnished with a leather settee & two easy chairs, coffee table as well as an array of fitted wall furniture & cable television with a good selection of English speaking channels The lounge opens up on to the terrace area within the private south facing walled garden with table & chairs available for dining alfresco complete with awninig should it become too hot. To the front of the house is a further small terrace complete with awning with views of the gardens & pool.
