This luxurious south facing, fully air-conditioned, hillside townhouse villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the favoured east side of Nerja, just a seven-minute walk to Burriana beach, and a twenty-minute stroll to the centre of town. The accommodation is built on three levels, decorated to a very high standard, with glorious sea and mountain views from all five terraces. We know that you want to enjoy at least the same comfort levels when you are away on holiday as you do in your own home. Our recently built townhouse villa in Ladera de Burriana offers a property with top quality fixtures and brand new furnishings and full air-conditioning. Everything here is designed for comfortable living, whether it is an evening barbecue or cooling down in the pool (May - October).

Nerja, along with our accommodation is ideal for couples, families and friends. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac within easy reach of the centre of Nerja with its wide selection of shops, restaurants, and bars. Nerja’s policy of avoiding high-rise developments has left the narrow winding streets, whitewashed houses and palm-lined promenade of the Balcon de Europa, to be enjoyed by locals and visitors alike. Nerja is at the Eastern end of the Costa del Sol, overlooking the Mediterranean and surrounded by the spectacular Alpujarra mountain range. It is just 45 minutes by motorway from Malaga Airport and 90 minutes by fast road to Granada. The nearest golf course is Baviera which is 20 minutes drive by motorway. With its exceptionally good weather all year round, Nerja offers everything the holiday maker could wish for.

Getting There
Malaga is the nearest airport, being just 45 minutes drive away, but cheaper flights can now be found with the no frills airlines (and BA) flying into Seville (two and a half hours drive) and Granada (two hours drive).
