Notes to the rental rates

• Reservations are normally from Saturday to Saturday, although where possible we will try to accomodate a different arrival day and duration of stay. Under normal circumstances the property will be available from 4.00pm on the date of arrival, and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
  
• If your holiday overlaps the rental charge bands, the cost will be charged proportionally for the days in each band. Rates for long lets (three weeks minimum duration) by negotiation.
