Detached villa with sea views, and close to the beach

This attractive and traditional detached Andalucian villa named “Eden”, is situated in a prime elevated location on the Los Almendros Urbanisation in Nerja. The villa is just 10 minutes walk (2 by car) from the sandy Burriana beach and 15 minutes (5 by car)from the lively old town, with its wide variety of shops, restaurants and evening entertainment, via road or pedestrian walkway. The famous Caves of Nerja are only 2 miles away. The villa has two levels. First level with a double-bedded room with full en-suite facilities and a twin-bedded room which has full use of the bathroom. There is a spacious and comfortably furnished lounge (with a double sofa bed) and dining area which features satellite TV (English/German channels) and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, iron and ironing board. The third bedroom in the lower level has a double bed and en-suite facilities, with a private entrance from the terrace.

Comfortable, quiet &amp; convenient for the beach

My family has stayed twice at the villa Eden and enjoyed both holidays immensely.
The villa is lovely and quiet and within easy walking distance of the wonderful Burriana beach and the excellent beachside restaurants alongside.
There are quite a few steps to negotiate getting to and from the villa but this did not bother us unduly, even with our stroller for the little one.
The villa had everything we needed for day to day use, the washing machine and fridge freezer being the main facilities of use when you have young children with you. We didn't really use the cooking facilities as it was so lovely eating out in town or by the beach.
There is no pool at the villa but we bought a paddling pool for the boys to use outside in the patio area and they had great fun splashing about every day in that.
We have recommended villa Eden to several friends who have all had similarly great holidays there too.
We have found, from looking at many of the lovely properties in Nerja on this website, that the villas/apartments right by the beach are beyond our budget while many of the cheaper properties are a long way out of the resort. Villa Eden is both affordable and within walking distance of the beach & town so you don't have to take the car every time you go out.
For us it's been perfect.

The location of the villa allows very nice sea views while it is away from the noise created by the restaurants and other shops in the beach front area.
