The property offers spacious & well furnished accommodation and is in a quiet location 10 mins. walk from main Burriana beach with its fishing boats, watersports, safe bathing and beach side restaurants. The well lit garden has a BBQ, plenty of sunbeds, parasols etc. and a large private pool. Each property has Sky TV, full cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, fans, hairdryer etc. The centre of Nerja with its shops & plenty of reasonably priced restaurants is a 15 mins. walk away. Supermarket and buses close by. Easy parking outside villa.

The villa has accommodation on two floors. On the ground floor is the spacious well furnished living area with a large lounge with Sky TV and DVD/CD player and patio doors to private terrace overlooking the garden, patio and pool. On this terrace is a table and chairs for outside dining. Next to the lounge is the dining area which leads into the modern fully equipped kitchen with full sized cooker and ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster etc. Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board also provided. Upstairs is a spacious double bedroom with king size bed and fitted wardrobe and bedside units and an en suite bathroom. The patio doors lead onto a private terrace overlooking the garden and pool. There is a twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes and bedside unit. Patio doors lead to a private terrace. There is also a second shower room. Hairdryer and fans are provided. Linen and towels provided and changed weekly. The pool is shared when apartment is also let.

Arguably the most attractive resort on the Costa del Sol, Nerja has a variety of lovely beaches. More discerning holidaymakers choose to stay here because it has lost none of its charm or character having originated as a Moorish farming community in the 10th century. It has been tastefully developed with villas rather than the high-rise hotels and mass-market attractions that characterise some other resorts. The villa is in a quiet residential area ten mins. walk from the main Burriana beach with its fishing boats, water sports and safe bathing with lots of reasonably priced restaurants and bars with speciality dishes such as huge paellas cooked over open fires or sardines grilled on bamboo spits. The lively centre of Nerja is 15 min. walk. There are plenty of places to visit locally including the white village of Frigiliana with its winding streets and the spectacular Nerja caves. Granada and the Alhambra Palace (not to be missed) are 90 mins away. Also Gibraltar.

Vila Flores Apartment

We have stayed at Vila Flores a number of times and had some lovely hoidays there. This year we visited at the end of March / beginning of April and rented the apartment below. The apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The furnishings and beds are comfortable and the welcome pack on arrival very much appreciated. Both the showers are excellent with plenty of hot water available. The large terrace and pool are lovely (just like the photos) and there are plenty of sunbeds and brollies to use. Lots of steps from the street level to the apartment so probably not suitable for anyone who is a bit unsteady although my 82 year old Mum managed fine! We know Nerja well and this villa is located in an ideal spot if you want a quiet break - not far from the beach and town but very peaceful and in a residential area so very quiet at night. We have recommended the villa to freinds previously who have also become regular visitors. Well worth a visit and we will definitely be back!!

What a lovely villa, and apartment, couldnt fault it at all, very clean, secure and private. The walk back up to it from the beach certainly got my lungs working but after all you are in Spain and it was lovely weather to do it in. the main town area is quite a walk away, but as we had a car it was a 5 min drive. i would deffinately go back and hope to dom so agin. for football fans nerja played seville while we were there and the atmosphere in the ground ( running track type) was wonderfull.
the caves were also well worth a visit.

Spring Holiday 2009

My husband and I spent two weeks in the garden Apartment here, and had a wonderful time. The weather was fantastic for nearly all of the time, and we particularly liked the terrace, where, at that time of the year, was in the sun until around 6.00 pm, (just long enough to enjoy an outdoor gin and tonic). The facilities in and around the apartment were very good, just as described in the blurb.
We found Nerja and the surrounding areas to be great, and found it very good for walking in the mountains near the Caves of Nerja
We ate most evenings in the apartment, and coped very well with the facilities

All the pre-arrangements went well, and the directions provided were very good.

All in all we had a fantastic time and will definitely be back.

Our wonderful week in Villa Flores

Our stay at Villa Flores was without a doubt one of the best holiday experiences we have ever had. Everything about the location, cleanliness of the accomodation, facilities, friendliness of the locals, and generosity of our hosts was perfect.

Our journey started very early in the morning and since we weren't hiring a car for our stay we were very happy to find that after a long day's travelling our host had arranged a small welcome pack containing food and water and a few essential provisions to help us feel at home.

The villa is in a quiet corner of Nerja, but don't let that put you off. The local amenities are just that- very local and Burriana beach is a short walk away which means that you're never far from the nightlife should you need to get out and about at night.

As we had our young son with us the pool was an immediate attraction and since you are only sharing with your neighbours in the garden villa, pool space is not an issue.

We would honestly and happily stay at Villa Flores for the rest of our lives- if only. We would highly recommend this Villa to everyone of our friends as a get away holiday but if we did there wouldn't be any weeks left for us to come back!!
