This delightful detached villa, which is constructed on one level, is conveniently located in open countryside, yet within walking distance of the Punta Lara Marina and only 2km from the centre of Nerja with its many fine restaurants and shops. From the large font door entrance there is a spacious living / dining room, which has comfortable easy chairs, good quality wooden furniture and a large feature open fireplace. Entertainment is provided by Satellite TV and music system. The American style kitchen has fitted units and benefits from a dishwasher, electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and microwave oven. A separate utility room houses the washing machine. A hallway, with dresser and mirror, leads to one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom, having a shower unit over the bath.

A Nerja villa rental is a great way to enjoy this popular resort. Nerja is set against the dramatic backdrop of the Sierra de Tejeda mountain range. The focal point of the town is the magnificent marble-paved promenade, Le Balcón de Europa, which protrudes on a rocky outcrop between two bays. It is a very pleasant area to stroll around in the evening to take in the many stunning views, the street entertainers and to sample the irresistible local ice cream. A tour round the town can be taken in an open buggy – a favourite with children and parents alike. There are a number of superb Blue flag beaches and rocky coves to explore in Nerja. One of the most popular being the ‘Burriana Playa’ with its gently sloping golden sand, beachfront bars and numerous restaurants, many of which specialise in fresh fish and see food cooked over charcoal.
