The villa is located in an elevated position above Nerja in a small urbanisation area on the west side of Nerja known as Punta Lara. It is a spacious detached villa which has been equipped to a high standard and has the added attraction of its own pool and garden. The rear of the villa and the pool terrace have breathtaking views over the sea, mountains and Nerja bay area.

Punta Lara is five minutes away by car from the centre of Nerja which itself is a 'Spanish style' town full of charm. The town has a multitude of narrow winding pedestrianised streets that lead down to the main plaza area at the Balcon. It offers a good selection of shops, restaurants, nightlife and several picturesque beaches. Nearby attractions include the world renowned caves and the beautiful mountain village of Frigliana. With the motorway now complete Malaga is only 45 minutes away by car and to the East and north is the vibrant city of Granada with its Alhambra Palace and the dramatic mountains of the Sierra Nevada where good skiing can be found. Activities such as golf, tennis, horse riding, mountain biking, trekking and waterparks can also be found within the vicinity.

Villa Description: The villa is designed over three floors with a twin bedroom; shower room, kitchen and lounge-dining room on the ground floor. Wide marble stairs lead up to the twin and double bedroom each of which has its own balcony and large en-suite bathrooms. The stairs also lead down to a large lower level with a multi-purpose room able to sleep 4 children. The large terrace is southeast facing enjoying a sunny view all day. A lovely 5*4 metre pool provides the perfect place to cool down whilst admiring the stunning views. There is also outside table with seating for 6 and a barbecue facility. There is a secure drive for parking as well as parking spaces on the cul-de-sac location.
