Designed by an interior designer, the apartment has everything that you could wish for to make your holiday enjoyable and comfortable. It is light and airy and the air-conditioning and heating keep you comfortable inside regardless of the temperature outside. Entering the elegant Entrance Hall you feel that you have “arrived” and the feeling of quality continues throughout the apartment. Bathrooms are marbled tiled as are all the floors. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a separate utility area with a washing machine. The Dining area has a hand-made table with high-backed chairs. The lounge has leather sofas, satellite TV, DVD/CD player. Full width patio doors take you from the lounge through to the large balcony with wonderful views of the Andalucian foothills and the sea just 3 miles away. The balcony has a table, chairs and sun loungers. Each of the 2 bedrooms have their own small balconies. The swimming pool is set in beautifully tended gardens and is never over-crowded.

The apartment is quietly situated in the foothills of the stunning Andalucian mountains, yet within a short distance of a wealth of attractions; the nightlife of Puerto Banus (10 min) with it's eye-popping marina; the un-crowded one-mile sandy beach (10 min) at San Pedro and the 'Blue Flag' beaches of La Cala offering water sports. For shopping, the luxurious resort of Marbella (20 min) is hard to beat. Whilst not for everyone, try the Casino or Bull Ring (15 mins). Selwo Safari Park is a must (20 min). For golfers, the magnificent courses of Los Arqueros, La Zagaleta and La Quinta are close by. For a touch of real Spain, the old town of San Pedro is on your doorstep (5 min). It offers a good choice of restaurants and tapas bars centered around the main square. The ancient town of Ronda is worth a visit, as are the picture postcard villages of Benahavis, Casares and Mijas. If you fancy an “ogle” visit Sotogrande where the super-rich live. If you’re home-sick take a trip to Gibraltar.

| Notes: | The apartment is one of only 16 in the block, all of which are privately owned. This small complex, in its own grounds, has a very private and exclusive feel. We ask that guests respect the property and facilities as it is much cherished by the Owners. SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is only permitted on the balconies. SECURITY: Entryphone, safe. PARKING: There is secure underground parking (operated by electronic fob) with lift access directly to the apartment. POOL & GARDENS: The pool is located within the beautifully tended gardens, with shower facilities, toilets and ample sun loungers. The pool is never over-crowded. British Airways (operated by GB Airways) have flights between London Gatwick and Gibraltar. Road travel from either is very straight-forward, either taking the AP7 (motorway toll road) or the A7 (fast coast road) and then the San pedro exit to the Ronda Road A376. Just returned from two weeks at Los Almedreos. Is quite remote being off the Rhonda Road so car is a neccessity, but has fab views of the mountains and sea. Apartment is fully equiped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The terrace gets the sun all day so you don't need to move from the apartment.
Gardens and pool lovely - although steps down to pool side and gardens not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
i would recommend these apartments if you're looking for a quiet relaxed holiday - not if you want nightlife.
Would recommend El Coto - superb restaurant above 3 KM further up Rhonda road on left - not cheap but well worth it. A drive down A7 past the Benahavis turning will take you to several other good restaurants.
If you drive to Benahavis there is a natural pool great for swimming in when it's scorching - is on the RH side on the bend just before reaching the Benahis r/about. Not suitable for kids as is very deep and access in and out is difficult.
