Casa Solana is a charming traditional Andulucian style apartment situated on the top floor (of two). Ideal for families with children or couples seeking a quiet peaceful holiday it has a large, south facing terrace offering stunning views of the Mediterranean and Fuengirola; it's an ideal place to enjoy al fresco dining or an evening drink while enjoying the sunset behind the mountains. Set in Mi Jardin with it's communal gardens and swimming pool it is located on a hillside just 10 minutes walk from a safe sandy beach with a restaurant and several beach bars which also hire sun-beds and shades. It has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 5 comfortably: 1 double, 1 twin and a single: 2 bathrooms, an open plan lounge and kitchen. There is cable TV, radio and video. Note. There is no separate toddler pool

Location: Mi Jardin lies midway between Fuengirola and Benalmadena Costa. If you prefer to use public transport, the nearest bus stop is a few minutes away and there is an hourly service to the historic village, Benalmadena Pueblo and then on to Benalmaden Costa and it's award wining Marina. Here you can visit Sealife, Selwo Dolphin Park, Tivoli World and Paloma Park. There is a regular train service between Fuengirola and Malaga with the nearest station just 15 minutes walk. Both Fuengirola and Malaga have an excellent range of shops. There is an attractive promenade along the 4 kilometres of golden sands between Cavajal, the beach at the bottom of the hillside, and Fuengirola along which are numerous Spanish and English bars and restaurants.

Car Hire: Car hire companies are plentiful and if you choose to hire a car then you have the freedom to explore the beautiful Andulucian countryside and visit many of the Historic Cities. Marbella can be reached in 30 minutes, Mijas in 20 and Gibralter in an hour and a half. Rhonda,Cordoba, Seville, Granada, the specacular Ardales Lakes and The Sierra Nevada can all be reached within two and a half hours. There are some 12 golf courses within easy distance.
