The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, glasses and crockery and a more itemised list can be supplied to you on receipt of a booking if requested.
  • BOOKING CONDITIONS:- * A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable to secure your booking. * The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival. * A damage deposit of £250 is payable with your balance which will be refunded in full once keys have been returned and the property checked. Any breakages/damages may be deducted from this figure.
  • ON ARRIVAL :- * Keys will be sent to you by registered post in good time for your departure and must be returned by registered post also on your return from holiday. * Directions to the property will be sent to you beforehand in both English and Spanish. * Parking details will also be sent to you beforehand. * The apartment is yours from 4pm on your first day until 10am on your last in order to allow time for cleaning & inspection. * Also, for an extra charge, maid service can be provided at frequencies to suit you eg., daily, weekly etc. This is in addition to the thorough property clean before your arrival. * For your peace of mind, you will be provided with a contact number in the unlikely event of a problem with the property. This is to be used in emergencies only.
