This attractive apartment has 3 bedrooms, a large sun terrace, communal pool and views to the sea. The beach is 3 minutes away as are local bars and restaurants. It has a lovely south-facing terrace overlooking the pool equipped with garden table, chairs and recliners. On the 1st floor of a quiet residential block called 'Orilla de Torrequebrada', the apartment is well placed to enjoy the numerous nearby attractions or simply stay local visiting the coved beaches, bars or pool on your doorstep. Inside the lounge has sky tv, dining table and the modern fitted kitchen has fridge freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher with plenty of cooking equipment, crockery and glasses. Accommodation comprises double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and cot, two further bedrooms each with 2 single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. Each bathroom comprises bath with shower, hand basin, bidet & WC. To get to Benalmadena, Torremolinos or Fuengirola there are bus stops and taxis available nearby.

Torrequebrada is on the Spanish Mediterranean coast right next door to the popular holiday resort of Benalmadena. It is a lovely suburb allowing close proximity to busy holiday towns without the immediate noise. Within short walking distance there are 4 coved beaches to choose from and a variety of shops, beach bars and restaurants. It is also next door to Torrequebrada Golf Course, perfectly situated for golf lovers. There are further bars and restaurants on the beaches offering delicious fresh seafood dishes. The Flatotel complex next door has a mini-market, bar and restaurant. The 24 hour English speaking reception is very useful for arranging taxis. 10 minutes walk away is the 5 star Hotel Torrequebrada offering traditional Flamenco entertainment as well as a larger supermarket.

  • Payment accepted by inter bank transfer or cheque and can be made in either £'s or €'s. All prices fully inclusive (except airport collection where required). Monthly lets considered. Prices negotiable, please ask about short lets where availability allows.
  • A 20% deposit is required on confirmation, this deposit is not refundable upon your cancellation. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure. Keys sent to your home address upon receipt of a £250 breakage deposit. A stamped addressed envelope will be provided to return them in.
  • Please vacate the apartment by 10.30 am on your day of departure. On changeover days, the apartment cannot be entered until 3pm to allow for cleaning.

The modern fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and extractor fan and is stocked with plenty of cutlery, cooking and serving equipment. The utility room leading off contains the washing machine, iron and ironing board and folding clothes dryer.

Day trips to Gibraltar, Ronda and Marbella can be arranged in Benalmadena and are well worth a visit. For those with a car, the spectacular cities of Seville, Granada and Cordoba are about 2 hours drive away and offer an unforgettable day out. Closer by is Tivoli World (a fair ground), Sealife Benalmadena, Selwo Marina, Parque Acuatico Mijas (Aqua Park) Fuengirola Zoo and the Hipodromo Racecourse. There is plenty of entertainment for all the family!

We were pleasantly surprised to find that it was larger than anticipated. The scenery was beautiful with a good location, easy to get to the beaches, but away from the crowds, very relaxing.

There were was also loads to do. The children (and us adults!) loved the midnight trip to Trivoli theme park. We were also spoiled for choice with day trips. We chose a visit to Rhonda which was an amazing old Spanish town led by a highly amusing and knowledgeable guide.'
