The apartment is centrally located.There are two large bedrooms, and also two Bathrooms.The living area is very spacious. All the essential amenities, sat tv air con/heating (metered) Supermarket, restaurants, bars are all close by. The apartment occupies a corner unit with a large balcony on both sides, offering excellent views of both the sea and the mountains. You are also within walking distance of the Marina, which has excellent restaurants, and also has a lively night life. There are also a number of well known golf courses close by. Everything you need is within walking distance, while a car is not necessary, you do have your own private parking space.

Apart from being close to the beach, and the local amenities, the apartment is also close to a number of other attractions.The Aqua park, Tivoli world, which is a large children's entertainment complex, also a large aquarium close to the Marina. You are also close to the main transport systems, bus stop less than 100 yards, and also close to the local train station, which provides a regular service between Malaga & Fuengirola.

  • Exception to the above, Easter & Christmas. All bookings are from Sat to Sat in the high season. Bookings from Nov to Mar are E300 per week for a single week, discounts for long term (4weeks+). All bookings are on full week basis.
    Arrivals 2pm. Departures 11am.
  • 30% deposit required to confirm booking, balance of payment 2 months before arrival. A security deposit of E200 is required, which will be refunded subject to return of keys and everything being t in order.
  • Special rates available for long term winter lets.

Perfect Penthouse - Perfectly Placed In the Sun!

We stayed here for the first two weeks of June 2007.
First holiday booked via the internet so was done so with some apprehension....
Contact with the keyholders lorraine and colin was excellent and we arrived to a spacious, clean , well appointed and well stocked apartment - a real home from home!
The apartment is located in a one of two blocks set back 100m from the road overlooking mixed apartment blocks and residential dwellings. It seemed more spacious than the photo's suggest with plenty of storage. There is 2 lifts in the block so no problems with access and no struggling with luggage.
It's only a 5 minute downhill walk to the marina and close to the bars and nightlife yet you cannot hear any music.
A decent well stocked and very cheap! Lidl supermarket is approx 10 min walk from it - down the hill and turn left it's on the left side of the road. ( and McDonald's a 4 minute walk away too! )
The Roof Terrace is a decent size and faces the morning sunrise - perfect for breakfast! The pool is a fair size and at one end shallow with wide steps so the kids didn't have any trouble getting in or out.
It's approx a 15 minute walk uphill to either Benelmadena or El pinillo Renfe stations - train service is excellent and cheap! If we hadn't had 3 kids and 5 cases we would have caught the train from Malaga Renfe station to Benelmadena and walked downhill or caught a cheap local cab.
We didn't hire a car and you don't need it either with either the Renfe Railway uphill or the Coastal Bus route at the bottom with a bus ticket kiosk.
We walked miles on holiday but the kids didn't mind as there was plenty to see and do.. Tivoli world, Cablecar, SeaLife Centre, Paloma Park, Crocodile Park at Torremolinos (even walked it to there!)
Excellent place to stay which Is perfectly placed for days out and about.
Had the best family holiday ever here and we have stayed In a few timeshares too....
Will be back some time in the not too distant future hopefully...
