Beautifully furnished spacious apartment in a prize winning Andalucian styled compound, 3 minutes from the BEACH and a 10 minute walk to the “hustle and bustle” of the MARINA PORT area, which hosts all possible amenities. The complex is enclosed and safe and has two supermarkets and a few shops. There is a choice of bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. And to the side of the complex there is the well known park called “La Paloma”. The apartment itself is located in quite area zone just off the PROMENADE superb location for public transport, bus stop, and tourist mini-train and also very easy to find from the airport, only 15 minutes away. There is one spacious bedroom with two twin beds, & 1 bathroom with shower. The open plan kitchen has everything you need. It comfortably accommodates 4 people by using the super sofa bed in the living room, also with two armchairs. There is an underground car park for one car. It is tastefully decorated in a light country style.

The elegant Yacht La Marina, a short way walking, offers a variety of restaurants, bars, SHOPPING and NIGHT LIFE well into the early hours. The famous Torrequebrada CASINO, offers stunning floor shows and entertainment for a special night out. The apartment itself is located in quite area zone just off the promenade. Notes: The apartment has marble floors throughout and comprises a spacious hall with door entry system, a fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and 4 hob, full size fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer cloths, toaster, kettle, microwave, blender, squeezer, iron, etc. The very spacious sitting room/dining room has one comfortable sofa beds, two armchair, television DVD, etc. The dining table seats six. There are double doors leading to the terrace, which looks out on to the communal gardens and pool. The bedroom has two twin beds, fitted wardrobe and there is a bathroom and shower. The apartment is suitable for two to four people. It has a terrace with a table and 3 armchairs. It is on the 1st floor and no pets are allowed.

Location in front of the beach but in the town.: The apartment is completely painted this year. The location of the apartment is very close to the beach, in a secure and quiet complex. Although it is facing the sea it's located in the town, so is easy to access to all kind of entertainment, shopping areas, restaurants of all kind of food. Just outside the complex there are two supermarkets, and in the end of Paloma Park there is also another supermarket, that has home service delivery. It is also 10 minutes walking of a Art Museum, and full of Turist Agencies and rent a car companies if you choose to go for short trips like, Granada, Malaga city, Marbella, etc.

Train Station: You could take the train to come from the airport, it 15 minutes walking to the apartment or a few minutes if you take a taxi from the train station. You could also take the train to go to Malaga or other close cities.

La Marina, Sportive Port. : La Marina is an interesting sportive port, full of beautiful ships and a shopping area. It is also full of restaurants of all kind of food, and it is a charming area to have a drink in the evening. For children there is a Sea life to visit just there.

We found this apartment very well located as it is a short walk into Arroya and a nice walk in the opposite direction to the Marina. La Paloma Park is directly across the road.
The apartment is also well placed within the complex in a nice quiet corner away from the main road. We found it very quiet, which suits us, but it was December/January when we were there. We would be happy to return.

Stayed at this apartment in March and would certainly return again. The description is very accurate and the apt was large enough for me, my husband and two teenage children. It was very clean and the kitchen facilities were adequate although we didn't cook much except for breakfast. There is a washing machine and plenty of towels and bedding were provided. The apartment overlooks a small swimming pool which is very private but unfortunatley it was too cold to take a dip in March.

Loved the location especially the closeness to the beach and the park which is absolutely beautiful. The marina is also a great place to visit and is easily reached by a pleasant walk along the promonade were you will find plenty of restaurants along the way.

Had a lovely relaxing stay and would certainly recommeded it.

We found the location ideal for our six week winter holiday needs. Located very near the seafront and the splendid La Paloma Park, and within easy strolling distance (15 minutes) of the magnificent Marina.
Property was clean on arrival and the owners representative was thorough in showing us around and the workings of the Apartment - although without some knowledge of the spanish language this could have been difficult.
Seating and dining furniture arrangements was good, comfortable beds and bed settee, adequate hanging and storage, small kitchen with limited amount worktop space, useful utility room with washing machine and tumble drier, functioning (but tired) bathroom.
We found that the hob did not function properly, but this was replaced within 24 hours.
The bathroom linen was old and the kitchen utensils and cutlery were poor and limited - however the Owner assured us that this would be looked into and rectified in the near future.
The Apartments' orientation means that no sun shines into it, which could prove desirable in high summer, and therefore remained on the cold side requiring use of the two adequate heaters from late afternoon.
Benelmadena has plenty of choice of bars and restaurants to suit all pockets, even in the winter months, and very good public transport services for sightseeing and exploring; although in the winter there seemed to be fewer taxis cruising the streets. The seafront is very flat for walking but there are steep inclines once you are away from it.
