  • Bed Linen & Towels are supplied included in rental price for upto 4 people however due to increased laundry charges there is an additional charge of £25 per person per stay for each additional guest above 4 people.
    A 50% Deposit is required to confirm a booking and the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival, unless late booking when Full payment is required. A security payment of £150 is required which will be refunded subject to the return of the keys and the property being left in good order and undamaged. Payments preferred by transfer, which must have cleared by dates payments required. However, Cash payments can be made by arrangement to HSBC banks in the UK, or (AIB) Allied Irish Bank in Ireland. Discounts available for longer winter lets.
    £50 Cash Back for any one week booking we take from your Recommendation, and £50 discount off web price per future rental for you as a Loyal guest.
  • Deposit refunded within 2 weeks of departure, less cost of any damage or breakages if applicable, and on return of keys and confirmation from Management Company on Inspection that no deductions.
    Cancellation charges as follows: More than 8 weeks prior to arrival - no charge; 4-8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of total rental rate; 2-4 weeks prior to arrival - 75% of total rental rate; Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of total rental rate. When I receive your full payment, I will send you the directions and welcome arrangements.
  • Change Over dates and times may be flexible depending on availability, otherwise check in time is 14.00 hrs and check out time is 12.00 hrs. Nightly rates are available therefore allowing for 5 night breaks and giving more flexibility with your flights. Please ask for details.

Entertainment: There is so much to entertain all tastes, and all budgets. Puerto Banus has the famous stretch of bars, restaurants, clubs where you can sip your drinks overlooking the Marina. Especially good night spots are Pangea, at the edge of the port & Olivia Valere in Istan for that late night dance. You may bump in to Antonio Banderas here! For lazy days lying on the beach try Silks by the Sea or renowned Nikki Beach Club (also in St Tropez & Miami) where you can hire a great double sun bed, or even 4 poster sun beds, how romantic! Very relaxing music with excellent restaurants. At the Benalmadena Port there is a huge selection of pizzeria, tapas bars, clubs, etc. Highly recommend Metro ,El Mero, Pinnocchios, or Nachos mexican here. Train ride around the port, or take the cable car to view the whole area from above. Torrequebrada Casino has a great Dinner Show. You could spend the day relaxing in the excellent Nagomi Spa on the Resort, (2 minutes walk).

Peurto Banus & Marbella Old Town: Famous the world over, the glamorous marina of Puerto Banus, with its rows of impossibly luxurious yachts, is one of those places the rich, and famous get together. A place to be seen, yes, but also a wonderful place for people-watching, be it by day or as things start to heat up during the long summer nights. Super sleek yachts, limousines, and super powered sports cars, designer boutiques and a collection of some of the finest restaurants, bars and clubs make this a classic in the time-honoured glamour-style of St Tropez and Monte Carlo. Radiating out from Orange Square, less than a KM from the beach, Marbella's old town is a wonderful maze of beautifully kept historical houses, alleyways and secluded patios in the finest of Andalucian styles. Some of the best shops, restaurants, tapas bars are hidden away in the delightfully picturesque back streets, where it is a pleasure to wander. Day Trips: Hop across the Straits of Gibraltar, a short trip on ferry or high speed hydrofoil and you will be in Morocco in exotic places such as Tanger or Cueta, where Kasbahs, snake charmers and belly-dancers are still a part of every day life. Picasso Museum Malaga is an entire museum dedicated to its most illustrious son and puts Malaga on the map in the world of art, a must see! Riding into the Sunset, with the stud farms and proud equestrian heritage of Andalucia, the Costa Del Sol is endowed with a great many horse-riding centres where you can take lessons, rent gear and pick a fine horse to ride, but the more experienced horsemen and women may wish to explore the beautiful countryside or early morning beaches on horse back. Just picture yourself galloping along the beach. Gibraltar is only an hour’s drive away for shopping. Sierra Nevada Ski Resort is only 2.5 hours drive away so set off early and you can hit the slopes skiing all day, and be back to lie on the beach by the afternoon.

Just returned from a great week in the penthouse.
Great location for peace and quite,realy clean and comfortable with loads of room.
Outside very secure and well maintained lovely nieghbourhood.Pools were fantastic clean and large,Very quite but we didnt have to worry about the kids having a great time.
In the penthouse there is everything you need,comfy large beds,TVs for the kids and my favourites the hot tub and ice machine.The balcony is seriously large,very private with sun all day.
A car is a must as the main entrance and shops are up a very steep and long hill (make sure your good at hill starts).Parking was great either outside or in the basement car park.
Recomend the spa treatments (my wife went twice) and the Indian take away.Supermarket was good and reasonable, we made good use of the BBQ.Great service from the owner would highly recomend.I found all the reviews and description 100% true.
Dont go if you want to be in the centre of the rioutous party that the costa can be.By all means visit the party then return to this tranquil oasis and realise how lucky you are.
Owner's Response: Our Penthouse really is in a Beautiful Tranquil location but within a short drive of all the main attractions of the area so giving you the best of both worlds. As we enjoy holidays ourselves in our Penthouse we take, great care to ensure that it is really comfortable and clean, always making sure there is everything you could need so it will be like a home from home. We are lucky to have such a fantastic Spa at our doorstep ( 2 minutes walk) as this is a real luxury treat to go to, and is another reason why we get so many repeat guests returning each year.

RESERVA DEL HIGUERON PENTHOUSE REVIEW

Having just returned from a week in the penthouse my only disappointment now is that i didn't book for a fortnight. The apartment is so luxurious with every home comfort you can imagine. The ice machine was a godsend with the weather hitting 44 degrees on one of the days. The terraced area is massive, sq ft etc means nothing to me but believe me, it's massive with two separate tables with 6 chairs each, four quality sun loungers, a hot tub which can be cooled for during the day and a bar and barbecue areas. Air conditioning and flat screen tv's in every room just adds to the luxuries you can expect in this apartment. Home care manager lives nearby and is very friendly and helpful. All in all i can really find no faults (other than the electric trips when you've got a few appliances on but you get used to that fairly quickly). You need to take walking shoes if you don't hire a car. Taxi's into Benalmadena were about 13-15euros and Feungirola about 17 euros and after tipping the driver a couple of euros every time we phoned they knew us and were at the apartment within 5 mins. Trains and buses were air conditioned, very easy to use and cheap. Wish we were still there.... Fantastic!!

We have just stayed at the Penthouse, and it is amazing, everything you need in holiday accommdation, beautiful balcony with lovley furniture, hammock and hot tub . Indoors was immaculate, decorated lovely.

When we were looking to choose our Costa del sol accommodation, there was so much choice, but we 100% made the right decision to stay at the penthouse, it is fantatstic, we will be returning next year and recommending to all our friends

Had a fantastic holiday here. Found the location of the apartment brilliant as it was very easy to get to lots of surrounding villages & was very peaceful. The large terrace was particularly good! Nearby villages of benalmadena peublo & mijas are a must! Absolutely gorgeous villages with amazing views!!! Gibraltar also a worthwhile trip (especially cable car up the rock), but be prepared for long delays going through passport control there & back! Altogether, highly recommended & the penthouse owners were very friendly & helpful. Don't miss El Higeuron restaurant for a special meal! Outstanding!!!

If you want luxury look no further this apartment has it all, luxury for us was coming home after a good day out pouring a glass of wine and enjoying the Hot Tub before heading off to one of the many local restaurants in the area.
We found the Penthouse extremely well eqipped and certainly most comfortable, would recommend to any of our friends
