This updated Bright Studio is close to the beach and the Marina and has a nice sunny terrace. The apartment sleeps 3 people comfortably. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, hot and cold air-conditioning, SKY TV, pool, washing machine, iron, ironing board and even a hair-dryer. This is only 3 minutes to the beach, yet a quiet street, close to all amenities. It has a double bed, a double sofa bed and a single fold up. WINTER LONG STAY SPECIALS AVAILABLE, EMAIL FOR DETAILS.

The apartment is in the heart of Benalmadena Costa 3 minutes walk to the beach, 6 minutes to Puerto Marina yet in a quiet street. This apartment is on the top (6th floor) so there are no apartments above you. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The buses run regularly from nearby to Fuengirola and Benalmadena Pueblo. Tivoli world is only a short taxi ride away which is very popular with children. You don't need a car if staying in this apartment and a taxi from the airport is only about 25 Euros.

QUIET YET WELL LOCATED: This is a clean bright budget studio in a great location which is quiet yet handy for everywhere. Please take fully comprehensive travel insurance. Not recommended for very small children due to it being on the 6th floor.

Beach Towels: Please bring your own beach/swimming towels

Golf: Golf Courses within a 30 minute drive include Torrequebrada 10 Minutes, La Cala 15 Minutes, Mijas 10 Minutes, Santana 15 Minutes, Alhaurin 20 Minutes. In total there are 47 top quality Courses within 1 hours drive of the apartment.

My husband, myself and my daughter enjoyed our stay at the studio. It had a lovely sunny terrace and was value for money in high season. Nice and clean and freshly painted and the owner very efficent meeting us on arrival. We definately will be rebooking.

Very small would not comfortably accommodate 3 people, a put you up bed was supplied but was half in the room and half in the hallway causing difficulty to pass it.
There were living bugs in the cupboards and it was dirty with blood on the wall.The block appeared to be for residents rather than tourist. The owner agreed to a partial refund as it was not in an acceptable state.

I have been going to this apartment for about 5 years once or twice a year the apartment is always clean & tidy. The owner is always there to meet you. the apartment is very well located for beach marina park restaurants & public transport. I would highly recomend it.

Studio was clean but information given regarding sleeping arrangements, permanent double bed, turned out to be double sofa bed. One complaint regarding broken kettle was dealt with promptly. Maid service and service of rep was very good.
Owner's Response: The double is now a full size double bed plus there is a seperate double sofa bed. The owner.
