Elisamar is a superb, modern, small (approx 20 apartments) complex completed in 2002. The apartment is a spacious two bedroom, 1 bathroom (with additional toilet) on the second floor. The large balcony, with doors from the living room and master bedroom, overlooks the well-maintained pool and gardens. It is situated in a quiet area close to all amenities, 500m from beach and a 10 minute stroll to the Marina. It is only 15 minutes from the airport.

The apartment is located in a central but quiet residential street. There is a large choice of supermarkets plus numerous bars and excellent restaurants nearby and the beach and marina are less than 10 minutes walk. A bus stop for the Malaga - Marbella service is 150m away and El Pinillo station on the Malaga - Fuengirolla line, with services every 15 minutes is a further 300m away. A car is not necessary (although there is a secure parking space if required) as you can easily walk to all the amenities. Local attractions for the young (and not so young) include the Marina with it's bars and clubs, Tivoli World, Crocodile Park, Cable Car, Sea Life, Aquapark and numerous golf courses.

I have stayed in 2 other properties in Benalmadena, this one beat both of them. Lovely grounds and a lift so you don't have to struggle up the stairs with cases. The apartment was very spacious and really clean. The balcony was very large and had the sun until about 8pm which was lovely. We never normally eat in the apartment but the kitchen was spacious (and there was a dishwasher), and it was really nice to eat on the balcony in the sun so we changed our habits and ate twice in the apartment. Very close to the harbour, 10 minute walk away. I would reccomend the supermarket at the top of the hill rather than Lidyl as there was more choice.

I have already recomended ths apartment to family members who also visit this resort often.

fantastic apartment

just arrived home from this apartment. it is the ninth time at this resort and this is the best one so far. the place on arrival very clean it is so spaciou the photos dont do it justice. we stayed there with our children aged 13 and 8 they loved the pool some days we were the only ones there. it has loads of supermarkets close by. it is walking distance to the marina and also torremolinos. it is 12 mins to the beach.communication from donald the owner was very quick . key handover and booking of taxis was prompt by dianne who was so helpfull . everything you could possibly need in the apartment it was a lovely place to stay in . also so quiet at night . definately rebook this one

A Fantastic Holiday

Well,what can i say about this fantastic Appartment! Everything we had read in the reviews before we booked was 100% True when we arrived! We took a taxi from Malaga Airport(about 20mins and €22 )to the appartment,where we were met by Diane,with the key's. She showed us round and said if we needed anything to give her a call.She was so nice and sorted everything out for us(Nothing was too much trouble).We hired a car for 3day's and got a really good rate,about €90 for the 3 day's (Val's Car Hire in Arroya)!,including delivering it to the appartment and when we took it back,they drove us back to the appartment,wich again Diane sorted out for us(Thank's Diane).
The Pool, the Appartment block and Appartment were all spotlessly clean.The pool and appartment block were cleaned every morning!
The Appartment was like a home,from home and then some!!,with the use of the garage under the appartments,with the electric gate and electric garage door(the lights come on when the garage door opens and you park in your allocated space,then there is a lift up to all floors,One Word LUXUARY!
The harbour is so nice,even better at night and is only about 15 mins walk.With a supermarket so close to us we could walk there in 2 mins,also a bit further towards the main road you will find a Lidol Supermarket.
If you can do what we did,hire a car and visit Gibralter,you need your passport to get in!!(about 2hrs drive away),but well worth the trip,it's lovely there and a better rate for £ Sterling there.Go up in the Cable car to see the monkees,you will be amazed!
We also headed to Granada,another day(again about 2hrs drive),to The Sierra Nevada,it is Fantastic there,even out of the Ski Season!,we would love to go skiing there one day. We took a day out driving around Mijas,now that was a nice day! We split are time between,lazy day's by the pool to nights at the Harbour and at 24hr Square(were most of the bars are),watch out for The Doggy 2 for 1 Drink's Offers(They don't really exist,just aploy to get you in to the bars)!
Thak's again to Diane for everything,she even booked us a taxi to the airport! Thank you to Donalad&Sheena,for letting us stay at there Fantastic Appartment.

A fantastic Apartment

We really loved this apartment, it felt very much like a home from home. It was spotlessly clean and has a great sized kitchen (not that we actually ended up cooking anything, but it's nice to have the option!). The location is great as it is within easy walking distance of the Seafront, Marina and the Carihuela. The grounds and pool are well kept and were not crowded at all during our stay. We would certainly recommend this apartment and we certainly hope to be back again soon.

The apartment is set out to the highest standard, both clean and practical. The service received from start to finish met all expectations and then some. It offers a quite and secure base for what ever type of holiday you are looking for as the surrounding areas offer a wide range of bars, restaurants, theme park and water park.
