Superb luxury modern large two bedroom apartment in new block within well known Pueblo Evita complex. There are three pools, gym, games facilities and evening entertainment. A few minutes walk will take you to the beach, bars, restaurants and Palmera Park. The lovely Benalmadena Marina is nearby and both buses and trains are within walking distance. The apartment is privately owned and has been furnished to a high standard as originally it has only been used for occasional personal use. Cleanliness is of high importance. It has only recently become available for rental. It has all home comforts and is not typical of a rental property. In summary, it is a lovely apartment in an ideal location and caters for all types of holidays. Whether you are looking for a family holiday, romantic couples, golf or sports this is the apartment for you.

Wonderfully situated Pueblo Evita is just a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. The beautiful nearby Palomo Park has some lovely attractions including a wildlife park and lake. A short walk takes you to the famous Belmadena Marina which has been voted the best marina in Europe. It has a wealth of shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques and a sea life centre. Tivoli World fun park and Casino Torrequebrada are nearby. So is the local train station.
