This south facing, ground floor luxury apartment is located within the prestigious development of Cascadas de Calahonda, situated midway between Fuengirola and Marbella. This is one of the very few ground floor apartments with an uninterrupted view to the sea and an exceptionally large sun terrace. Calahonda is becoming a major town on the Costa del Sol and has good local shops with plenty of restaurants and bars. Over 310 days of sunshine per year and outside winter temperatures of 20 degrees C. Make this area an all year round holiday destination.

  • Checkin normally after 16.00hrs on day of arrival. Checkout normally by 10.00hrs on day of departure. Exceptions allowed by prior agreement with the owner.
    Payment can be made using PAYPAL, at 3% surcharge.
  • Normally sleeps upto four persons, two extra beds are available, a charge for the hire of the extra beds and extra laundry involved will be made at £25, per bed, per week. We also have a cot and highchair available, please contact us for details.
  • 25% deposit to confirm reservation (non refundable) Balance plus £150 damage deposit due 8 weeks in advance of holiday. Cancellation charges 56-29 Days 60% 28-22 Days 75% 21-15 Days 90% 14-Days or less 100% Cancellations Must be notified in writing, letter, or E Mail and confirmed by owner. Notes: Cascadas de Calahonda is a development of 17 luxury houses, each house containing 4 apartments and 2 penthouses, it is a traffic free environment with 24 hrs security. The apartment is furnished to a high standard with everything designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, with Air Conditioning/Central Heating controls at your finger tips and a Sky television system to keep you up to date with the news and soaps from home. The terrace is huge! 64 sq mtrs, partly covered (for those that don't like the sun). Table and chairs (x6) for eating al fresco, Sun beds (x4), a shower and BBQ. This leads to your own private garden area with direct access to a large swimming pool 25 mtrs away. The apartment sleeps 4 in the 2 bedrooms, a further 2 beds are available, for our very young visitors a cot is available, please contact for more details.

THINGS TO DO, : Conveniently located, the apartment allows you the flexibility to enjoy everything from sightseeing to water sports to shopping in the newly built 'La Cañada' complex in Marbella. , It is also within easy reach of famous cities like Malaga, Granada, Seville, and Gibraltar. Dolphin Watch Cruises is a 60-minute drive away. Go inland and explore the many White Villages such as Mijas, Casares, or Ronda with its breath taking Gorge. Gibraltar, just over one hours drive away is well worth a visit.

Tennis at the Club Del Sol.: Considered to be one of the best tennis facilities on the Costa Del Sol, the Club Del Sol is only a short distance from the apartment. 9 New clay tennis courts. 4 Paddle courts. 4 Squash courts. Fully equipped gym. Also Children's playroom, Sports shop and Snack bar.

Excellent apartment with all facilities as advertised, probably best in the complex. We had a relaxing time in the comfortable apartment and enjoyed the spacious terrace with wonderful views. Hassle free reservation, arrival, departure and prompt return of deposit. All in all superb. 10/10.

EXCELLENT APARTMENT

We are a family of 5, children ages rangeing from 2yrs to 10yrs. We found the apartment to cater excellently for all our needs, it was spacious, spotlessly clean and had all the mod cons that a family needs. The children loved the pool area and for most of the holiday had the pool to ourselves. The views and tranquility of the area made this holiday one of the best we've had. Stefan the owners representative was a sweetheart and helped us every way he could. Calahonda is a place i would love to revisit and would definatley return to this beautiful apartment.

There were 5 of us in the apartment, Grandma & Grandad, Mam & Dad and baby, Joshua aged 17 months and the facilities were absolutely perfect for our needs and all of top quality.
The layout of the apartment is ideal whatever your needs with sun terrace, covered area for shade and garden leading directly to nice, quiet pool about 10m away separated by gate which was ideal for safety of baby.
The apartment is comprehensively equipped to the highest standard including games and pool/beach toys for children.
Stefan, the owner's representative was readily available by phone and very willing, efficient and friendly.
Availability of UK tv a big bonus for those saddo's wanting to keep in touch with Hollyoaks etc.
All in all I unreservedly recommend you try the apartment you wont be disappointed.
Owner's Response: A holiday at Cascadas can be anything you want a holiday to be. A chill out from home/work, just enjoy the sun and the stunning view from the terrace, a busy sightseeing break with Granada, Seville, Gibraltar, Rhonda etc all within easy reach or a sporting holiday, plenty of golf courses to choose from or the close by Club Del Sol for tennis, squash and the Gym.
