A beach lover's dream apartment complex, Mi Capricho is right on the beach in Calahonda, one of the most successful beach front properties in the area. This front line beach complex has four blocks strategically located around large kidney shaped swimming pools. Situated in the heart of Calahonda with access directly off the main N340 road which links Malaga with the Marbella area of the Costa Del Sol. Shop, restaurants, bars and entertainment are all within walking distance from the resort. Two large kidney shaped swimming pools are the centre piece of the resort. The resort also has kiddie pool, underground parking for all guests and has a beach front tiki bar in high season subject to license. Calahonda is popular for its array of shopping, and local markets conveniently located just a walk from the resort. The area is also most famous for its selection of restaurants and evening entertainment.

Conditions: Sorry, no groups of single males / females. Mi Capricho is a quiet family complex with beautiful maintained communal areas and landscaped gardens. A condition of all bookings is that you respect the property and other residents (both permanent residents and other holiday makers) by adhering to the community rules.

A great apartment by the sea with a fab pool.

The apartment is the best in the complex. The children had a great time, the pool is super and lifeguards great to have there. The bar is handy, right outside the garden, staff friendly. The Mi Capricho restaurant just outside the complex was so convenient and food and service was excellent, as is the view, right on the beach looking out to sea. The apartment is safe and secure for toddlers and this is a really nice family place, there was quiet in the evenings and in the mornings. The description was accurate and the owner was really helpful, gave us information on local restauants and shops and good directions (pooly read by my mother!) We had a really fabulous time, perfect!

Apartment was all we could wish for. been to Calahonda many times, but this apartment is tops!. Nicole who met us was excellent, apartment was clean and fully equipped, dream view, a step off the beach, excellent security, (guard on duty at night), All you could wish for , for a great family holiday or a perfect getaway for two!
Highly recommended!

A home away from home

What can I say - we stayed in this apartment for one week in May/June 2009. I cannot fault it in anyway. So safe for the children and nice and quiet with no distractions. The pool complex is very well maintained and the grounds are kept meticulously.

The apartment itself is very spacious with all essentials down to the buckets and spades for the beach - very different from your typical package holiday apartment. The full facilities meant that we could stay at the apartment and not have to venture out to eat every night. The television with satellite channels was great at night time when the children were gone to bed. The apartment was spotless on arrival and Nicole who met us there was very pleasant and informative.

The location was perfect for us as it is very near the airport and also near to supermarkets, restaurants and ATM's. We bought lovely meat in the Irish Butchers across the road, McKennas and the supermarket had everything you would need.


I would highly recommend this apartment and dealing with Alan is so easy as he comes back very quickly with any information needed.

We intend to return to Mi Capricho next Summer and will have no hesitation in staying in this apartment again. Never again will I go on a package holiday.

Excellent Apartment

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment. It is fantastic. It had everything that anyone would want, say from a tin opener to a hair-dryer!! It is a very well equipment apartment. The whole family enojoyed it thorougly. It is suitable for people of all ages. The garden is nice and private and the swimming pool is right outside the garden steps. Within a short distance there is access to the beach. The view from the inside is just gorgeous. In addition to all of this, the apartment was extremely clean and it was obvious it has been kept well.

Not to mention, Alan (the property owner) was really helpful in providing extra information and answering any queries I had. Nicole, who met us when we arrived at Mi Capricho, was also very friendly and she showed us around thoroughly.

In conclusion, an excellent apartment, perfect for a family holiday. I would definatly recommend it to anyone.

Great apartment in great loacation

I stayed at Mi Caprichio in August 2008 with my family and I have to say this apartment is in a perfect location. It is a corner ground floor apartment with a lovely little garden just 10 yards from the pool and cabana which serves drinks, snacks and ice creams all day long. The pool was so warm and so well maintained. There is a life guard there to control things so you never have to worry. We have 2 children (6&9) and they loved it. The sea and beach are only about 80 yards away through the community gate. You can sit out of an evening having a drink watching the moon shimmering on the sea and there are 2 chiringuitos within a short distance which both serve lovely food. I have stayed at lots of locations over the years but I have not stayed in one with such a great location. The apartment itself is very clean, very comfortable & fully air conditioned in each room. It has a nice well equipped kitchen and laundry room. Parking spaces right outside the front door. There are a wealth of local supermarkets, restaurants, golf courses (naturally) all within walking distance. Alan was great to deal with and Nicole who looks after you at the apartment was so friendly and couldnt do enough for us.

We will return!!!!!
