Strictly speaking a duplex apartment, but more like a terraced house, with its own front door from the road with just one other small apartment below, on probably the best development in Calahonda. Three bedrooms 1 Double and 1 Twin have full en-suite bathrooms, the last twin bedroom has a shower/wc room next door. Superb living room with cathedral ceiling and dining room attached, galley style kitchen with granite worktops, ceramic hob and full size oven, dishwasher, washing machine, two fridges and everything for up to twelve people. Two very large terraces offering sun and shade throughout the day, one off the living area overlooks the gardens and pools down to the sea. Double glazed and tinted windows throughout, Sat TV, video, CD player. Marble floors in the living room, terracotta floors in the bedrooms, with fans keep it cool in the Summer with log fire and electric radiators for those cooler months. Calahonda is located midway between Fuengirola and Marbella, thirty minutes from Malaga Airport. We are located in one of the best developments in Calahonda, close enough to walk to the beach. Superb clear views over the lush gardens and pools out to the sea with few buildings to interrupt the vista. Minutes away are all the facilities you will need from local shops to bars and restaurants, although it is a little hilly and a car is recommended. Golfers will enjoy easy access to both the local pay and play courses and the short drive to the championship ones. This is an ideal location, quiet but very close to everything you are likely to need. Approximately fifteen minutes drive to Marbella and Puerto Banus, fifteen minutes to Fuengirola and thirty minutes to the Airport dependant on traffic via the Autovia. Ten minutes walk to a quiet beach down the hill or five minutes drive to the more developed beaches at Cabopino or La Cala.

Notes:

Pleasant complex of 86 apartments, all privately owned, some residents, mostly not rented out. Rarely appears busy even at the height of the Summer and quiet the rest of the Year. Ideal for family holidays or peaceful holidays for a couple, we use the house ourselves for holidays and it is extremely well equipped and you will feel as if you are staying in a home rather than a sparse rented apartment. Sun on the lower terrace mornings and on the upper one in the afternoon. Maid service will prepare apartment before you arrive, change bedding and towels weekly and clean up when you leave. NO HASSLE CHANGEOVERS, where possible even in high season we try to ensure that you can gain entry when you arrive and depart on your last day when you want, no vacating at 10am when your flight is late in the evening. To often we have rented elsewhere only having to leave early then struggled with luggage and kids waiting hanging around till it is time to go home.
