Three bedrooms 1 Double withfull en-suite bathroom, two twins with own shower, wc and hand basin. Superb living room with cathedral ceiling and dining room attached, galley style kitchen with granite worktops, ceramic hob and full size oven, dishwasher, washing machine, two fridges and everything for up to twelve people. Two very large terraces offering sun and shade throughout the day, one off the living area overlooks the gardens and pools down to the sea. Double glazed and tinted windows throughout, Sat TV, video, DVD &CD players. Marble floors in the living room, terracotta floors in the bedrooms, with fans keep it cool in the Summer with log fire and electric radiators for those cooler months. Calahonda is located midway between Fuengirola and Marbella, thirty minutes from Malaga Airport. We are located in one of the best developments in Calahonda, close enough to walk to the beach. Superb clear views over the lush gardens and pools out to the sea with few buildings to interrupt the vista. Minutes away are all the facilities you will need from local shops to bars and restaurants, although it is a little hilly and a car is recommended. Golfers will enjoy easy access to both the local pay and play courses and the short drive to the championship ones. This is an ideal location, quiet but very close to everything you are likely to need. Approximately fifteen minutes drive to Marbella and Puerto Banus, fifteen minutes to Fuengirola and thirty minutes to the Airport dependant on traffic via the Autovia. Ten minutes walk to a quiet beach down the hill or five minutes drive to the more developed beaches at Cabopino or La Cala.

Notes: Pleasant complex of 86 apartments, all privately owned, some residents, mostly not rented out. Rarely appears busy even at the height of the Summer and quiet the rest of the Year. Ideal for family holidays or peaceful holidays for a couple, we use the house ourselves for holidays and it is extremely well equipped and you will feel as if you are staying in a home rather than a sparse rented apartment. Sun on the lower terrace mornings and on the upper one in the afternoon. Maid service will prepare apartment before you arrive, change bedding and towels weekly and clean up when you leave. NO HASSLE CHANGEOVERS, where possible even in high season we try to ensure that you can gain entry when you arrive and depart on your last day when you want, no vacating at 10am when your flight is late in the evening. To often we have rented elsewhere only having to leave early then struggled with luggage and kids waiting hanging around till it is time to go home.

Took my daughter and a friend here during August 08. We had a fantastic time! Apartment is ideally situated between Malaga and Marbella with beautiful views over well maintained gardens. There are two pools within sight of your balcony and one further down the hill. The property was clean and had all mod cons! Good size rooms with 2 sun terraces. There is a small quiet bar 200 metres to close your day down at. The weather was great (hot!) and the girls loved it. Would recommend for familys and and couples. We are likly to go again.

Fantastic apartment, service and holiday

What can I say - the apartment is lovely and the views are beautiful too. We had problems hiring a car at the airport, so we called the local representative in advance and he came and picked us up for a very small fee which was great for us as we didnt have the worry of trying to find the place. Bryon the rep was wonderful - and extremely helpful. The boiler unfortunately broke while we were there, so we called Bryan who turned up within an hour with an electrician. To make things worse it was a Saturday and a National holiday so although the boiler was inspected ultra fast, no parts could be purchased until Monday but, first thing Monday morning everything was repaired and working again - thats what we call a good service.
The apartment itself is very spacious and well furnished with a big selection of books to read. The kitchen is well equiped and everything is clean and well presented. The main bedroom is lovely and it leads out on to the roof terrace with more wonderful views. The gardens are extremely well maintained and the pools are large, never full and are warm. There is no need to get up at the crack of dawn to get a place by the pool - in fact not much movement took place before 1100ish but at any time of the day there were few people around the pool - it was never crowded and this was the height of summer. There is a life guard on duty too, which is good and unexpected. There are shops and restaurants close by, and a lovley little bar at the top of the road that only opens in the evening and is very quiet too.
We would certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone, and can confirm that the owners and the local agents are all extremely nice, efficient, kind and willing to help in anyway they can.
We would definately go back.

Just returned from our 11th.visit in 14 years,I guess that says it all.Over the years the property,and gardens,have been maintained at a very high standard.In the past we have used it as a base for golf,touring and family beach holidays.This year with 2 small grandchildren Calahonda ticked another box.Amenities to suit all close by.The owners also have change overs,keys etc well organised.They also offer very helpful local advice.

A great place to relax

We had a fantastic week in this apartment in Calahonda with our three young children. The apartment is spacious and clean, well maintained and equipped. We arrived very late on Friday evening and were touched to find that supplies had been left to ensure that we could have breakfast the following morning without having to go shopping. The apartment complex is set in a beautiful mature garden overlooking the sea and swimming pool. The view from the apartment is a treat and one that we did not tire of during our stay. It is only a few minutes walk from a small shopping complex where you can buy all the essentials. We drove, and also walked along the beach, to Cabo Pino which has a small port and a good variety of restaurants. Our children loved the pools and spent most of the day in them. The owners were very flexible about our arrival and departure which made life very easy. We would not hesitate in recommending the apartment - it is perfect for a break away from it all in the sun.

Good Apartment Excellent pools

Me and my family stayed for 1 week at the end of May. The apartment was nice and clean and the welcome pack food was a god send as we arrived in the early hours very tied. The complex was lovely and clean. There was a toilet by the the pool which looked brand new and was very clean, so no need to keep nipping back to the apartment when the children needed the loo. The pool was very quiet which was a nice suprise, some days we were the only ones there. We like this part of Spain and would stay here again.
