Recently refurbished apartment in a small, mainly residential block. Ideal for a relaxing family holiday or romantic break. Located away from noisy tourist areas, but within easy walking distance of Cabopino Harbour,shops, bars and superb restaurants. The main double bedroom and the lounge have picture windows which afford fabulous views of the Med. These both open onto the large private terrace, which is ideal for 'al fresco' eating, lounging on the sunbeds, watching over the children in one of the 2 family pools or simply enjoying the view. The terrace is south west facing so gets the sun virtually all day. A stroll through the gardens leads to a clean, sandy beach complete with beach bar, sunbeds and sun umbrellas. The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom has a full sized bath with shower over. All spotlessly clean. Situated in a quiet, mainly residential complex, the apartment is conveniently located two minutes walk from supermarkets, cash machine, newsagent, beach shop and a couple of bars and restaurants. 15Km from Marbella, in Calahonda area. 25 mins drive from Malaga airport, (airport transfers are available if required) A hire car or local excursion enables easy access to pretty Andalucian villages, the Barbary apes of Gibraltar, the stunning old town of Ronda, or further afield Cadiz, Seville and the Alhambra Palace at Granada. A newly built zoo, two water parks, a sea life centre are all within 15mins drive or take a bus from the front door. A wide range of lively bars and restaurants are 500 metres away in Calahonda, or sample the fabulous nightlife of Marbella or Puerto Banus.

  • *** Bookings may be made from any day of the week and for any duration, subject to a minimum of 7 nights. The apartment will be available for arrivals after 3pm and, on departure vacate prior to 11am to allow for cleaning. If no guests are arriving same day, wherever possible I will be flexible regarding these times.
    *** Prices quoted are for occupancy maximum 4 people and includes towels, bed linen, electricity and water, parking and cleaning on departure. For stays of two weeks, a mid holiday linen and towel change is included. For more than 4 guests, a linen surcharge of £20 per week will be added to the rental rates shown.
    *** £100 booking/security deposit required on booking, final payment due 8 weeks prior to departure.
  • Payment may be made in Euros or Sterling.
  • Winter bookings only £675/780Euros for bookings of 1 month. £630/725 Euros per month for 6 - 8 weeks and for bookings of 3 months or more only £600/690 Euros per month. This price includes all utilities and car parking costs, linen, towels and cleaning on departure. Airport transfers and ATOL bonded flights can be arranged on request. The breakages deposit of £100/115Euros will generally be required but is fully refundable.

Notes: Smoking permitted on the private terrace only. Fabulous views of the Mediterranean, makes outdoor dining a must - a large patio table, six chairs and a sun umbrella have are provided. The private terrace, equipped with sun loungers, also overlooks the swimming and paddling pool (see photo). Mature gardens with 2 swimming and paddling pools, sun beds, showers. From the garden, a gate leads on to a safe, sandy beach with beach bar/restaurant, sun beds and parasols. The kitchen is fitted with a combination microwave/grill/fan-assisted oven. There is also a halogen hob, sandwich toaster, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. A welcome pack of groceries can be provided for 15 Euros if you are arrving late or on Sunday. Efficient air-conditioning/heating in main living area and in main bedroom. A ceiling fan is provided in the second bedroom which is off main living area. Climate: The Costa del Sol is named the sunny coast for good reason. It enjoys more than 300 days of sunshine per year. Even the winter months are generally warm and pleasant. Naturally, it can sometimes be wet or windy, but its a great way of escaping our freezing wintery weather. The apartment is heated, but you'll probably only need it for those clear, cool winter evenings. April, May, June, Sept and October are lovely months with sunny weather, but without the extreme heat of high summer. Ideal for children. Temperatures during July and August can be very high and care needs to be taken in the sun. For your comfort the apartment is air-conditioned.

Getting there: Flights to Malaga airport are plentiful and generally inexpensive. ATOL bonded flights can be arranged if required. From Malaga airport it is around 25 minutes drive. To make life easier, an airport transfer service is available at a cost of around 100 Euros return. Hire cars may be collected from the airport . Several Car hire companies operate from the airport. But book on internet for bargains. There is an excellent train service to Fuengirola from the airport and then a bus service which runs every 20 minutes past the front of the apartment, from Marbella to Fuengirola. The bus stop is in front of the complex. Fares are low, around 8 Euros for the return journey, which takes around 1 hour. Not suitable for families with lots of luggage as the buses don't have much storage space.

Suitability: Ideally suited to families or couples seeking a quiet and relaxing beach holiday but with access to local attractions. Secure gardens with two swimming pools and two kiddies paddling pools all with sunbeds. The mainly residential nature of the apartments mean no large groups of noisy tourists. Bars and restaurants are close enough to get to on foot, but far enough away to cause no disturbance. The majority of my visitors simply enjoy relaxing on the terrace, lazing around the pool or wandering through the gate onto the safe, sandy beach. They may visit one of the excellent 'Chiringitos' or beach bar/restaurants or enjoy a stroll along the water edge to Cabopino Marina. For winter visitors, it is ideally situated to get around the Costa Del Sol either by car or by public transport. Apartment is on 1st floor and accessible by lift so suitable for elderly or disabled. Accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs.

lovely place for a young family

When we arrived at the parkinglot of the appartment we were suprised the coastal road (100 kms) was right next to us. We were asking ourselves: did we make the right choice with this appartment? Once in the appartment it didn't bother us anymore, since there was no noise at all from the motorway. The appartment is clean and tidy. Excellent if you're allergic to dust and so. The appartment is near the beach, which is great. If you don't want to go to the beach, just stay on the 'huge' terrace. The central site near the motorway and shops was also a great advantage when we wanted to go out. Ideal for family and if you want to enjoy the sun (in wintertime: about 20 degrees)

Very clean apartment suitable for everyone. With everything to want to do and see close at hand, there's no need to go anywhere unless you want to. Bus stops outside apartments so you don't even need to drive unless you want to. Just outside the more busy resorts (these are a bus stop away) so you can enjoy a more relaxed stay without the hassle.

fabulous apartment with great sea view

we love this apartment so much we book it again as soon as we get home,it is excellent for families, everything you need is on your doorstep.
and it nice and quiet in the evenings,so it is very relaxing once the little ones are in bed.
the beach is excellent,and the four pools are well kept.
if you want to go further afield thats not a problem either.
