This inviting, spacious apartment is finished to a high standard with modern Spanish architectural details, marble floors throughout and quality German fittings. The furnishings and decorations are elegant, stylish and comfortable with all the mod-cons and luxuries of home. The entertainment centre is loaded with all the kit necessary to keep you occupied on the rare occasion that you won't be enjoying the sunshine and numerous outdoor activities and recreation that the Costa del Sol has to offer. A large free-form pool is steps away from the front terrace. This spacious terrace has dining and sitting areas and also offers great views of the sea, pool and lush tropical gardens. The large rear terrace has a barbeque and a dining table to accommodate up to 10 diners and has lovely views of the mountainside to the north. The fully equipped kitchen would suit a gourmet chef or the holiday maker who wants to make nothing more than reservations at one of the many fine local restaurants.

This quiet, private gated community is located in the desirable and stylish 'top' of Calahonda. There are two large pools and lush sun drenched gardens. The community is maintained to a high standard and is one of the newer, more exclusive communities in long-time established Calahonda. There are fine restaurants and a small market for essentials less than 1 km from the apartment, as well as larger shops and services in lower Calahonda only 4 km away. Calahonda is just a short drive (20 min) to both Marbella (west) and Fuengirola (east) and all the amenities that these large towns have on offer. For those who prefer beach activities, the flat is only 2-5km from some of the finest beaches on the Costa del Sol. Cabopino beach has recently been declared a natural monument with pristine dunes and a section of the beach reserved for naturist sunbathing. This part of the Costa del Sol is a paradise for golf and tennis buffs, with two courses and a tennis club less than 3 km away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please ask about special rates for longer and multiple stays and also discounts for two-person lets (only applies during off-high season lets). In addition to the above quoted rates, a security deposit of £150 or €225 will be required prior to check in and will be refunded within 5 days after the housekeeping staff has determined that all is in order. The security deposit can be paid either by bank transfer or cheque with guarantee card. Bed and bathroom linens are provided according to the number of guests. Rates include cleaning before your arrival. For stays of longer than one week, we will do a light tidy of the flat and freshen the linens and towels at the end of each week. Rates include all utilities, subject to reasonable and fair usage.
  • £150 (€225) deposit to hold a reservation is payable at the time of reservation and is not refundable. The balance is payable 90 days in advance of your arrival. Refund policy: 60-89 days 50%, 59-30 days 40%, 29-15 days 10%, fewer than 14 days 0%. Owner must receive cancellation by post or email and refund will be based on the date the notification was received and confirmed by the owner.

Notes: The apartment is on the raised ground floor. The community provides sun lounger’s for use at the pool in addition to garden chairs and beach chairs which belong to the apartment. Club del Sol is just a few minutes away with great tennis and work out facilities at very reasonable rates. Satellite is provided so that you can keep up with all of your programmes on free-to-air. Free wireless broadband internet access is available for guests' laptops with wireless capability. For laptops without wireless, an available wireless connection 'dongle' can be rented for £5 per week. One garage space is provided directly below the flat with additional outdoor parking available for a second car and visitors. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but smokers are welcome to smoke on the terrace.

A very well appointed apartment with direct access to pool and garden. Standards of cleanliness, comfort and overall attention to detail are faultless. The range of kitchen equipment/cooking utensils cannot be surpassed.
The owner is a pleasure to deal with and responds immediately to any queries.
Good cross section of restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the vicinity but we would recommend a car.
2008 will see our 3rd visit.David and Jan

Top noch and spacious flat in lovely area

We have spent a week in this lovely flat back in August. We had a really good time there. Place is well equipped but surroundings won’t let you stay indoors for too long anyway:)
