Spacious 3 bedroom apartment situated in the Dona Lola complex in Calahonda, right by the sea between Fuengirola and Marbella. A well maintained resort, with several pools, gardens, restaurants, and shops. The apartment is on the third (top) floor and has superb views of the sea and coast line from its balcony that has been covered by glass & converted into a lovely area to enjoy your breakfast or dinner. It has a large table with 6 chairs. Ideal to relax and view the ocean right in front of you. The living room is large and has a new wooden floor. It has a TV, stereo system, DVD player and communal satellite. There are two bathrooms, both newly refurbished and both with showers and under floor heating. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The main bedroom has a double bed and TV & the other rooms have two single beds each. Calahonda is one of Costa del Sol´s most popular resorts with many facilities close by. Calahonda lies between the Port of Cabopino and Fuengirola. Puerto Banus is approximately 12 minutes drive away & Malaga airport just 40 minutes drive away. There is a wide variety of first class restaurants, water sports, fishing, walks & parks all close by. The Dona Lola complex is a very nice and well maintained resort, with nice gardens & waterfalls. There are three pools of which one is an inside heated pool. There is a leisure centre, along with Jacuzzi, gym, sauna, bar & bistro. This apartment is ideal for families with children as there are many children’s activities. You can enjoy a meal at the various restaurants. Choose from Chinese, Indian, Spanish or English restaurants. For those who are sportive, there are tennis courts on the complex & close by you can snorkel. On the beaches close by you can try water-skiing, jet-biking, sailing & windsurfing. The rental rates are based on three persons renting. Each additional person after that will be charged 50 Euros more. The prices include the weekly cleaning and the electricity. We will be pleased to assist you with transport to/from airport, baby cot, high chair, breakfast pack etc. please contact for more information. Christmas, New Year and Easter are charged at Mid Season rates. If you would like to rent for one month or more in the low season, then please contact for special rates.
