This ideally situated Apartment is close to all amenities & boasts a beautiful outdoor pool with extensive lawns & a heated indoor pool. There is a restaurant and bar within the complex and many more close by. There are two terraces with spectacular views towards the Mediterranean, one off the lounge and another off the master bedroom, the lounge & dining area has an open fireplace, Sky TV, DVD, CD, & all the rooms have ceiling fans. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, oven & hob, and microwave. There is private parking available. There is also a road train that stops regularly outside the complex to take you around the local restaurants, shops, bars and towards the beach therefore avoiding the need to take a car. Within walking distance there are many sporting options including a 9 hole golf course & a leisure centre that includes tennis, squash, fully equipped gym & solarium. Nearby are the Marinas & beaches of Cabopino, Puerto Banus & Marbella.

This apartment is situated in the popular area of Calahonda about 20 minutes from Malaga airport. Close by is the picturesque white village of Mijas with stunning views of the surrounding coastline. Also close by are several beaches including the Marina and beach of Cabopino offering many restaurants and bars. At cabopino marina there is also dolphin trips and boat excursions. The ritzy! Puerto Banus of Marbella with its array of restaurants bars, clubs, shops and boutiques with magnificent yachts in the harbour is just a short drive away.
