Notes to the rental rates

• At the time of booking a deposit of 30% is required with the balance due 6weeks before your departure date, with this final payment a separate damage deposit cheque is requested for £150, this will be destroyed if nothing is damaged and the keys are safely returned. Please note:- If the apartment is left in a dirty condition I reserve the right to retain part of this damage deposit monies for any additional cleaning this will incur.The prices quoted are based on two people sharing, please note there is an increase of 5% on weekly rates for each additional person.

Within the Calahonda area for activities you really are spoilt for choice, not only do you have 30 golf courses within a very short drive you also have amusement parks, all kinds of water sports at the beautiful beaches nearby. The beaches are especially lovely in this area, no high-rise hotels here, just lovely pine trees and soft sand. There are some great restaurants on the beach, which is just perfect for those warm summer evenings watching the spectacular sun sets. There are some lovely white villages to visit in the area, such as Mijas, Ronda, Coin, slightly further afield you have the beautiful Sevilla, Granada, Gibraltar. In the winter months (October-March) just a 1 1/2-2hr drive will bring you to the ski resort in the Sierra Navada, this is a grand place with championship runs etc. and some great hotels should you wish to stay a couple of days. So you really do have something for everyone, young and old.
