This beautiful apartment is situated within a small private beach side community accessible to residents only. The sunny secluded terrace at the front of the property directly overlooks the sandy beach, enabling you watch the sun go down to the sound of waves gently lapping against the shore. If you don't fancy swimming in the sea then you can always take a dip in the large communal pool or relax in the lush gardens adjacent to it. The pool area has a life and security guard during the months of July and August. Shops, Bars and Restaurants are a five minute walk away yet the property retains an atmosphere of peace and seclusion. Recently refurbished, the apartment has a double bedroom and sofa bed in the lounge, and sleeps 4 in total. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower, and a comfortable lounge/dining room with kitchen. Ideally suited for couples or families, the apartment is very comfortable throughout the year with heating and air conditioning.

One bedroom apartment. Bedroom with double bed, spacious built in wardrobe and dressing table. Bathroom comprises of a large walk-in shower, toilet, hand basin and washing machine. The lounge diner has delightful views out to sea and includes a double sofa bed, dining room table and chairs, The kitchen area is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge and plenty of storage space. There is satellite TV and video. Heating is available if required in the winter months. Outside there is a private secluded patio area, with sun loungers tables and chairs that is ideal for eating al fresco or relaxing in the sun. There is a pull out canopy to shade this area if it gets too hot! All linen is supplied. Very close by are two supermarkets Super Sol and Mercadona, shops and plenty of restaurants. If required there is a car hire firm within easy distance that will arrange to collect and return you to Malaga airport at the beginning and end of your stay. A regular bus service is available.

Notes to the rental rates

• 1. 50% deposit required upon booking - accepted in Pounds or Euros - Balance to be paid 4 weeks in advance
  2. If you have to cancel you will loose deposit unless we manage to rebook.
  3. £100 refundable deposit required on issue of keys - returned after inspection of Apartment and return of keys
  4. If renting both apartments there will be a £20 discount per property per week.
  5. Rent includes cleaning before arrival, electricity and all towels except for beach and pool.
  6. Arrival time is from 1400, Departure no later than 1030.
  7. Change over day is flexible to take advantage of cheap midweek flights.

Riviera Del Sol is one of the most popular resorts on the Costa Del Sol. Many excursions are offered to nearby Tourist attractions, these can be booked at the local office. Puerto Banus is approx. 25 mins drive away and only 15 mins from the centre of Marbella or Fuengirola. Airport pickup can be arranged or Car hire booked in advance

Distance from shops and Beach

The local supermarket is only a short walk from the apartment, here you can purchase , fresh fruit, and meat, there is also a souvenir shop to buy the morning papers. The beach is also only a few minutes walk from the complex, here you can find numerous beach bars serving Spanish and English dishes. The area also boasts a numerous amount of restaurants to suit all tastes.

Golf Information:

Many golf courses are within easy reach and Calahonda has its own 9 hole golf course and excellent club house, only 10 mins away from the apartment. Golf tee of times can be booked in advance, at no charge so you can be sure of the times you are playing.
