This apartment is situated centrally in Calahonda. It is a small and friendly complex, built in Moorish style with many interesting features. It is very well-maintained with beautiful gardens and indoor plants, and of course, a large swimming pool. It is very convenient for shops, restaurants, bars, sport and all amenities. It is only 5 minutes away from the beach. - Ground Floor Apartment with 2 private gardens and direct access to pool area. - 2 double bedrooms; 1 with double bed and 1with twin beds but can sleep 6 with sofa bed in lounge! - Large living room with dining area and feature fireplace equipped with a digital TV and DVD Player. - Fully equipped kitchen with new oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. - Utility room for storage and drying. - Marble floors throughout. - Large terrace and pergola with good access from lounge. - Air conditioning/heating recently installed. - Safe environment assisted by security gated access to complex. - Tennis court

Our apartment is situated centrally in Calahonda, an area on the Costa de Sol between two of the larger towns of the region Marbella and Fuengirola. It’s an ideal place for getting to know Andalucia or for just sitting back with a glass of wine and enjoying the lovely climate with its 320 sunshine days per year and with (even) winter temperatures averaging 16 degrees C (60 F)! If you like exploring jet-set marinas, the famous Puerto Banus is only a few Km away. The many quality boutiques or restaurants or the old town and plazas of Marbella may be your choice. A quieter harbour, Cabopino, with quaint restaurants overlooking the boats is just a few minutes away by car. If you like walking and exploring old white Spanish villages, there is not too far to travel to places like Mijas with its wonderful views, craft shops and donkey rides through its narrow streets, or Ronda with its spectacular viaduct. If you enjoy a bit of history, why not discover Malaga with all its treasures.

Notes to the rental rates

Rate includes all water and electricity. Apartment will be fully cleaned between client bookings and the apartment will be provided with clean linen and towels and a welcome pack. During the Low and Mid Season periods the apartment is available for longer lets at a negotiated rate. These lets will not include weekly cleans and fresh linen and clients for longer lets only will be expected to pay a returnable deposit of £150 to cover damage and breakages. Special discounts for 2 weeks and over and for repeat bookings.

Deposit of £100 required (non refundable) to secure a booking. Remainder to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to departure. Bookings made on a 'First come First served basis'.

Getting Around
You don’t really need a car to get around as the restaurants, shops, bars and the beach etc are very near to the apartment and the taxi and local bus service is excellent. There is also a company nearby which offers day trips to a wide range of interesting places to visit at reasonable costs. Alternatively car hire is easy to arrange. We can help with arranging for airport transfers to and from the apartment. Alternatively we can help clients arrange low cost car hire.
Local facilities
If all the information about activities and tourist attractions sounds like hard work, the beach at Calahonda is only 5 minutes walk away from the apartment and the large and safe swimming pool is literally at your doorstep! Being a garden apartment, access is direct from the pergola and terraces! Also just across the road there is a wealth of small and interesting shops selling everything from fresh fruit and vegetables to hardware and from wine to your magazines and newspapers. All local points of interest are contained in your welcome guide and the local English press.
Costa del Golf
This part of the coast is not only famous for its many days of bright sunshine and blue skies. It's also known as the 'Costa del Golf' quite simply because there are so many world class golf courses within easy reach of the apartment! If your passion for activity does not include golf, there’s mountain-hiking, ski-ing, go-karting, plenty of safe swimming beaches and all sorts of water sports (see the local guides provided for details) P.S. You have a tennis court for your use It’s free – and located very near to the Community!
