This lovely air-conditioned apartment at Bellavista Hills 1 in Calahonda has been fully furnished to a high standard. This is a secure gated complex with underground parking, a large communal pool and children's pool. There is a master bedroom with King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, basin, WC and bidet. There are two further twin bedded rooms and a second bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a separate utility/drying room. There is a large lounge/diner with seating for 6, TV with Sky package, DVD/Video player, stereo radio/CD player and a good selection of DVD's. videos & books. The large terrace with its stunning views of the Mediterranean, has table, and chairs, sun loungers and sun beds. Within walking distance there is a mini market, bars and restaurants. Further shops, supermarket and stunning beaches are within a short drive and only 15 minutes from Marbella, Puerto Banus & centrally located for other tourist attractions.

Bellavista Hills 1 is a new urbanisation situated in the hills of Calahonda overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It is approximately 30 minutes drive from Malaga Airport along the AP 7/E-15 motorway in the direction of Algeciras. Exit 200 signposted Calahonda will bring you directly to Sitio de Calahonda and the apartment is a short drive, 1 Kilometre, from here. Calhonda has 10 golf clubs surrounding its urbanisation. Marbella with its exclusive shops and its historic 'old town' is only 15 minutes drive and a little further on is Puerto Banus. Other places of interest are: Ronda, Mijas, Selwo Wildlife Park and the Waterpark in Fuengirola. Local Street markets operate 7 days a week and between April & October, local fiestas are held in and around the towns of Calahonda.

  • Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless both the currency and the amount is specifically agreed with the owner/advertiser prior to acceptance of the booking.
    An additional £100 will be required as a 'damage deposit' which will be returned to you in full within 7 days of the end of your holiday provided that no damage has been done.
  • Bed linen and towels are provided - please use your own beach towels. The apartment will be cleaned prior to and after your arrival. A mid - stay clean and change of linen can be arranged for a small additional charge.
    Discount is available for long winter lets, please call for special rates.
  • To secure the booking we will require 25% deposit along with the £100 damage deposit and the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Bookings made with less than 4 weeks notice must be paid in full.

About us: The apartment is owned by ourselves and all bookings will be made directly with us. The apartment is furnished to a high standard so everything is brand new and ready for its guests. We have endeavored to supply everything you will possibly need. A selection of books, games, DVDs & videos are there for your entertainment.

Conditions: Sorry, no groups of single males / females. Bellavista Hills 1 is a quiet family complex with beautiful maintained communal areas and landscaped gardens. A condition of all bookings is that you respect the property and other residents (both permanent residents and other holiday makers) by adhering to the community rules.

On Arrival: On arrival you will be greeted by our representative and given keys to the apartment and a remote control key for the underground parking. They will briefly show you around and explain where everything is. There is a folder containing all the appliances instructions. You will also find a separate folder containing useful information regarding the apartment, the area and interesting places to see and things to do.

Other Activities: Weekly Street markets and local religious fiestas throughout the year

We can highly recommend this apartment. Situated in a gated community, the apartment is on the ground floor. Spacious well equipped/ maintained and spotlessly clean accommodation for that well deserved relaxing break.

Calle de Torcal is situated near the top of Bellavista Hills, people with mobility issues may have difficulties so transport is recommended. There is a local ‘Road Train’ service that runs regular to and from the square at Calahonda (shops/supermarkets/bars etc). Taxis are also available at reasonable cost.

A sizable Terrace / Patio area accessed off of the lounge / diner with views over the gardens, Calahonda and the Mediterranean , just right for alfresco dinning and a glass of sangria. Easy access to the pool from the Terrace via a gate and a few steps into the well maintained gardens.

An array of Restaurants and Bars are accessible within a short walk with many more along the strip and down into the square notwithstanding those around the marinas.

We visited this wonderful appartment, in august 2008. We found the appartment clean and well equiped. the pool was easy to acess from the appartment.
You do need a car for this loacation. Its in a lovely quite area and the views are good. We will recommened this appartment to our friends.

Beyond our expectations

The apartment is very well equipped and anticipated all our needs and more; this applied to the apartment itself and to information about the area which was plentiful. All Enlish channels are available on the television and this was a real plus as we did like to spend time relaxing indoors, there is also a video and a dvd player. Instructions on how to operate television, washing machine etc., are at hand. It is possible to walk downhill to a shop and three tavernas, we found them all satisfactory and even if we ate at home it was nice to wander down in the evenings for a drink. The shop is very well supplied. For those without a car it would be necessary to be delivered to the apartment from the airport by taxi in the first place after which a regular bus/train takes visitors by road into the town from where it is possible to catch regular buses to many different places. The swimming pool is very adequate and just a few steps away from the apartment, although the grounds and pool are shared with other residents there remains a sense of privacy when on the balcony. I would certainly recommend the apartment which is spacious and very well appointed, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
