This luxury air-conditioned duplex apartment is an ideal base for every holiday requirement, it is light, spacious & with superb views from the terrace across Calahonda to the Mediterranean beyond. It is situated at the top of the Calahonda hills in a private gated community within the prestigious urbanisation of Alcores de Calahonda. There is a dedicated car parking space for the apartment, the urbanization has 3 swimming pools & a children’s play area. Walk in at the upper level to the open plan lounge \ dining area, complete with 2 leather sofas & satellite TV. Access the terrace from the large patio doors were you can watch the sun go down over a nice meal or glass of wine. The kitchen is modern & fully fitted everything you could require, including dish washer, microwave cooker\hob & fridge\freezer. The washing machine is in a utility room next to the kitchen. Downstairs the master bedroom has a super king size double bed that can be converted into 2 twin beds.

This luxury apartment is exceptionally well located & has superb views over Calahonda and the Mediterranean Sea beyond. It is situated at the top of the hillside in a private gated community within the prestigious urbanisation of Alcores de Calahonda. Enjoy any of the 3 beautiful pools in our community or sit on the private balcony & take in the breath taking views. There are swings, a slide and a sand pit also on site. This location really does offer a wealth of facilities including the beach, restaurants, bars, newsagents, shops, supermarkets, golf course, tennis club & the local weekly market. Explore the beautiful Marinas at Cabopino & Puerto Banus, or beach life at the world famous Nikki Beach at Elveria, or finally shop until you drop in central Marbella. To keep the children happy why not visit the water park or zoo at Fuengirola, while 10 minutes further west they have Sea World or Selwo Dolphins at Benalmadena & Tivoli World or the Crocodile Park at Torremolinos.

  • Reservations are secured with a 50% deposit - balance due 6 weeks prior to holiday start date. Cancellation charges more than 12 weeks prior to arrival - no charge and refund of deposit, 6-12 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of accommodation cost, 2-6 weeks prior to arrival - 75% of accommodation cost, less than 2 weeks prior to arrival - 100%of accommodation cost. £100 damage deposit required with final balance payment - this will be returned in full provided no damage is caused during stay. We also accommodate non-standard durations e.g 10 or 11 days - please contact us for special rates. We also offer shorter term stays outside of peak time - please contact us for prices. No single-sex parties under the age of 25.
  • Rental rates are for one week and include all electricity, water, air-conditioning and heating. Bathroom towels and bedlinen provided - please use your own beach/pool towels. A travel cot can be provided on request but please provide your own cot linen. Welcome packs and airport transfers available upon request, however a car is recommended.

we had an excellant stay in the apartment, it had plenty off space in the apartment and it had everything you could ever think off needing while you are on vaction, the location is excellant and the views are excellant also, would recommend to any 1 who is thinking off staying in calahonda, easy to find once you are in calahonda too.
