This luxury first floor apartment was recently built to a high specification. There are 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with shower and toilet. The master bedroom has a double bed and a full en suite bathroom including bath, shower, w/c, twin hand basins, bidet. Bedroom two has two single beds with mountain view. There is a second bathroom with shower cubicle, w/c and wash basin. The apartment is strictly NON smoking and fully equipped including: hot and cold air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, full oven and hob,sky freesat TV,(subject to atmospheric conditions) safe,etc The south facing terrace has sea views and is ideal for al fresco dining and overlooks the very well maintained tropical gardens and the main pool. A second pool is also available. The complex has security gates and offers secure parking. The apartment is within walking distance of good quality restaurant's and a small supermarket.

This gated community is located in the quiet and exclusive area at the top of Calahonda. .There are fine restaurants and a small supermarket for essentials less than 1km. There are larger supermarkets/shops and many restaurants in lower Calahonda. which you can get to by the road train which stops outside the gates. There is a Leisure complex 2km away with tennis ,squash, and full gymnasium. There is a superb beach and marina at Cabopina 3km. There is a nine hole golf course 2km away and the challenging 18 hole golf course at Cabopina Golf is 4km away. The whole area has an abundance of championship golf courses and lovely beaches. For the jet set, Marbell/Puerto Banus is a 20 min drive away with superb restaurants, piano bars, night clubs etc. Fuengirola has similar but less exclusive restaurants clubs etc and is a 15min drive. The complex is a 30 minute motorway drive from the airport and the Costa del Sol offers a vast array of activities for all ages.

  • Normal Electricity and water usage are included. Excessive use of electricity and water will be deducted from your security deposit.

  • A £100 reservation deposit is payable at the time of reservation and is not refundable. The balance is payable 6 weeks in advance of your arrival. Refund policy on the balance is: cancellation 4-6 weeks 50%, 2-4 weeks 25%, Less than 2 weeks no refund. The owner must receive cancellation by post or email and the refund will be based on the date the notification was received and confirmed by the owner. In addition to the above quoted rates, a refundable damage deposit of £100 will be required 2 weeks prior to your arrival date and will be refunded within 2 weeks (less any excess electricity charge), after the housekeeping staff have determined that all is in order. All deposits and the final payment can be by Pay pal, internet bank transfer or by cheque.
  • Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests. NB We do NOT provide beach towels. Rates include cleaning before your arrival. For stays of more than one week, bed and bath linen will be changed at the end of each week.

Notes: The apartment is on the 1st floor and overlooks the main pool and gardens and has sea views. The community provides sun loungers. A wide -screen TV with SKY 'free to air' programmes is provided as well as a DVD player with films. Club del Sol is just a few minutes away with great tennis and squash as well as a first class gym. No pets or smoking is allowed in the apartment. The apartment is our home in the sun and has all the comforts and facilities of home which you are free to use.

The appartment is perfect for a week relaxing by the pool. Very well equipment appartment and clean, Lovely big south facing terrace with views of the med. You need a car, only 2km from beach but its a climb all the way. Not impressed with the main area of Calahonda but the appartment is well away from all that and on lovely grounds and good pool. Nice quite relaxing visit and detailed exactly as on the website.

Had a great holiday thanks, apartment was well equiped and pool lovely. Travelled around and visited quite a few places all within a reasonable drive - lots to see. Found some lovely beaches and very good restaurants.

This appartment at Bonita Hills is luxurious. It's furnished to a high standard, it's immaculately clean, and it's positioned well within this developement, with views over the pool and gardens. As well as being walking distance to a few good restaurants and bars, it's within easy reach of Marbella, Puerto Banus, Benalmadena etc. which offers great beaches, marina's, shops, bars and restaurants. This appartment complex is very pretty, beautifully clean, just a lovely place to holiday. You deffinitely won't be dissappointed and will certainly visit again!
