Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday apartment at Calahonda Park has great views across the gardens to the Mediterranean Sea. You are just metres from the beaches, restaurants and shops and within a short stroll along the beach there is the local Marina of Cabopino that is surrounded by great Restaurants and Bars. It is ideally placed at the heart of Mijas Costa to enable the entire family to enjoy the holiday of their dreams. Beaches, Marinas, Designer Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Historic Sights, Zoo, Water Park, Wildlife Parks, and all imaginable sports are available locally. Excursions can be booked locally The apartment has been equipped with all that the holiday maker should need - then a little more. For entertainment - apartment from the garden, pools and beach we have also added TV-with English, Spanish & German channels, Video, CD/Radio/Tape Stereo and a Playstation2 that has DVD capabilities. There is also a collection of books, a few videos and board games for you to enjoy.

Notes to the rental rates

• All linen and towels (except beach and pool) are provided. For stays in excess of 8 nights, a linen and towel change is provided either mid holiday or every 7 days.
  Change over day for 2008 is generally Saturday although during the months of October to end of June we can usually be very flexible with this policy.
  During the months of November to March we can also offer special prices for stays of 4 weeks or more.
  
• We are also able to offer both Private Transfers from Malaga Airport and Car Hire with reputable fully licensed and insured companies.

Where are we?

Calahonda Park is situated midway between Fuengirola and Marbella within the popular urbanisation of Sitio de Calahonda and is a pleasant 30-minute drive from Malaga Airport. A coastal highway, the A7 (N340), travelling between the sea and the mountains, links all the resorts between Nerja and Gibraltar and makes sightseeing so easy.. We always provide you with detailed 'How to get there' directions from Malaga Airport + a Map of Calahonda with the complex highlighted and of course a local telephone number 'just in case' On your day of arrival you will be personally met and shown to your apartment. We can also arrange Car Hire, Private Airport Transfers and, of course, baby equipment hire if required. Excusions to many popular destinations can be booked locally.

Sightseeing......

With our apartment being centrally located sightseeing is so simple. Within easy reach are the beautiful cities of Malaga, Granada and Seville. Gilbraltar, with the Famous Rock Monkeys and Dolphin Watch Cruises is a 60-minute drive. Venture a little inland and explore the many White Villages such as Mijas, Casares, Gaucin and Benahavis or take a trip to Ronda with its ancient Bullring, Arab Baths and breathtaking Gorge. For the active holiday maker every sport imaginable is available within a short distance - even snow skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains - and easy 2 hour drive. We are also right in the middle of the 'Costa del Golf' with more than 30 golf courses within 30mins there are bothe 9-hole and 18-hole courses just 5 minutes from the apartment. In Calahonda is a fantastic, very friendly, Tennis Complex that offers holidaymakers the opportunity to play or have a little extra coaching - there are weekly competitions and they also have squash and sauna available too.

Family Fun and Adventure

Family Fun.. you can visit the Mijas Water Park, Fuengirola Zoo, Tivoli Amusement Park, Benalmadena Marine Adventure Park, Selwo Wildlife Safari Park and many many more. There are also boat trips along the coast from Fuengirola harbour - some in glass bottomed boats. Or from Gibraltar there are Dolphin and Whale watching trips available. If you do not intend to have a hire car then all of these can be visited on coach tours with local pick up point.... or by using the local bus services.
