Stunning views over the beach and the ocean, this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is on the first floor and has a fully fitted kitchen, dining area, lounge with TV and Video, and a south facing balcony.

The pool is a very attractive feature of this development, surrounded by landscaped gardens and just feet away from the beach. Private locked gates give you exclusive use of the pool to residents only.

The apartment is accessed by electronic gated access and a private parking space is allocated to this apartment. Just 5 minutes walk and you are at all the shops, banks, bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets and the village market held every Wednesday and Friday.

This property is perfect for families or friends, with one double and one twin bedroom.

This beach front apartment is in Calahonda, midway between Fuengirola and Marbella. It is within easy walking distance of all the bars, restaurants and shops that Calahonda has to offer. Also the Granada, Ronda, and Gibraltar are easy to drive to for the day as well as plenty of other smaller inland towns that show you the real Spain. As well as Calahonda´s beach, Cabopino beach and port are just a short 2 minute drive away and Puerto Banus is just 15 minutes drive away. This is an ideal location to make full use of all that the Costa Del Sol has to offer

Playa De La Lucera: Calahonda Beach Front Apartment! Thank you for showing an interest in our apartment. A lot of effort has been made to ensure that it is of the highest standard in terms of level of accommodation and location. Ideal for everyone - golf, family, beach worshippers, night owls, clubbers, shopaholics. • 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. • World Class Golf courses within easy reach. • 1 minute walk from the beach. • 5 minutes walk to all the shops, bars and restaurants. • Playa De Lucera and the sea. The apartment is provided with all bedding etc, it has marble floors throughout and features TV, a microwave, washing machine, and is fully equipped for full self-catering if required. It will sleep a maximum of 4 people.

Getting There: We will supply you with a full set of directions and a representative from Smilespart will meet you at the airport, answer any questions and give you all the information you will need about the area.

Bringing a Baby?: We provide a cot and high chair free of charge if required. Please book this at the time of making your reservation. Please note however, that you must provide your own mattress, bedding and pillows for the cot for insurance purposes and your peace of mind.

We had a lovely realxing time at this appt - it was spacious clean and the beds were comfy....

Mary the owner was v helpful and obliging.

The location of the apartment is superb - its private, yet offers a great view of the beach and 2 mins from the pool.

Cant wait to go back!!!

Superb Apartment

I would definately recommend this property, close enough to the shops but quiet enough to relax at the pool. Very safe enviroment, felt totally at ease, enjoyed the apartment. Layout and description was as good if not better, clean and well maintained. The owner was friendly and helpful and has a folder at the apartment with advice and local knowledge
