Our quiet ground floor apartment between Estepona and Duquesa Port is on an attractive and secure, gated development with 2 large pools, 2 children’s pools and play area and spacious landscaped tropical gardens. The sandy beach at Playa de Casares, one of the nicest beaches on the Costa del Sol, is only 5 minutes walk away. There are a number of top class golf courses within a short drive including the world renowned Valderama Golf Course. The apartment is comprehensively furnished and consists of a large lounge/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave. There is a large master double bedroom (convertible to twin beds) with en-suite bathroom and a second twin bedroom and separate family bathroom. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. Our secluded 22 sq. meter sun terrace looks out onto an avenue of trees, is a few metres above ground level, fully enclosed and accessed from the lounge and master bedroom.

We are located just off the main Costa del Sol coast road, 5 minutes drive away from Duquesa Port and 10 minutes from the port at Estepona. Malaga airport is a 60 minute drive and Gibraltar 20 minutes with Jerez 1½ hours away, you can reach Marbella or Puerto Banus in 20 minutes, and all are accessed by excellent roads and Motorways. Sightseeing of Casares shouldn't be missed and has earned the name 'The Hanging Village', officially designated a place of historic and artistic interest, perched on the side of the mountain and a stunning 20 minutes drive away. There are plenty of other places to visit, and for a days outing, drive to nearby Ronda or the historic towns of Grenada and Seville, and of course, Gibraltar.

The large sun terrace has a wooden table and chairs as well as sun loungers and plenty of space to move around. There is a small front garden to the apartment and loading and unloading luggage is possible right outside our front door, with parking just round the corner.
