  • A non refundable deposit of £100 to confirm reservation, balance plus £200 damage deposit (refundable) due 8 weeks in advance of holiday. Cancellation charges 56-29 days 50%,28-22 days 60%, 21-15 days 80% 14 days or less 100%. Cancellations must be notified in writing by letter, e-mail and confirmed by owner.
    The rent includes the weekly cleaning, electricity (except for lets of 1 month or longer. Excessive use of air con/heating will be charged extra.) All linen and towels included (except beach & Pool)

    Discounts are available for long winter lets, please call for special rates
  • Prices shown are for the apartment (for upto 4 people) for a seven night stay. Prices are based on 4 people shearing £25 extra per person per week for linen & cleaning etc for 5th & 6th person. please ensure you take travel insurance as we are not liable for any accidents which may happen.

Attraction: Sea World, Selwo Dolphin Park, Tivoli World, La Paloma Park, Aqua Splash and Marinas all within 15 minutes drive. The picturesque village of Mijas with its Beautiful walks and donkey rides 20 minutes away. Gibraltar, Cadiz, Seville, Granada Cordoba and even Ceuta (Africa) are all just a couple of hours drive away.

Golf: The apartment is in an ideal location for golfers, being only a 5 min drive of the highly regarded Torrequebrada Golf Course. There are an additional 35 courses within easy reach, including the famous course of Valderrama, which was chosen to host the 'Ryder Cup' in 1997. Other courses in the area include Mijas-Golf & Marbella Golf Club.

Surrounding Area: The Beach is Just a 10min walk away from the apartment, you also have the local train station which takes you from Malaga to Fuengirola. Fuengirola is only 2 stops about 3 minutes on train or there is also a bus service on the beach Playa de Torreblanca. Along the beach which is 8km long you will find a wide choice of restaurants to suit all tastes. Torreblanca leads into Los Boliches beach and Fuengirola beach all along this 8km stretch. All along the beachside there are Chingritos which are small restaurants on the beach which serve all day snacks and full meals. Two hours away are the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada where you can ski from December to April.

We would like to thank you for a wonderful time we had in your apartment, which we found to be very clean and comfortable.
The boys and I especially enjoyed ourselves in the pool, and days at the nearby beach.
The weather was truly amazing in Spain and certainly did not want to return home.

I would not hesitate to recommend your lovely apartment to friends and family, and hope to return again next year.

We booked this apartment as a quick family get away for a week and it was the most terrible holiday experience we have had! The descriptions were not a s accurate as they could have been and the local manager agreed with us on this! It may have been 10-15mins walk to the beach 'downhill' but certainly not back up!!! The apartment stank of fish and despite the temperatures being in the high 30's, the air conditionaing was not working in the second bedroom and was so very noisy anyway, that we could not use it in the master bedroom. The train station is not as close as intimated and no bus timetable available or obvious bust stops!! Customer service ...non existent! We only stayed one night here and the owner did say that we had not given it enough time...however, i think this demonstates just how unhappy we felt about this apartment as you don't willingly seek out another to pay another week's rent on a whim! The apartment was reasonably comfortable, not luxury as stated but the location was unacceptable to us. we did try and contact the owner as the local manager gave us his contact number, but we were unable to speak to him despite several calls and messages left on his phone. When we did eventually speak, he was so very unhelpful and disinterested. We were not trying to pull a 'fast one' here as if we were, we would not have sought out alternative accomodation. A full refund was not expected at all but Some understanding was!!!Fuengirola town has many varied and good quality restaurants and the beaches are very clean. Taxi from this apartment will cost 7-8 euros, both our taxi's charged a different tarrif. Overall, this was a terrrible experience and had we not found an excellent alternative our holiday would have been ruined. Just take time to make sure that the information you require is correct. We have booked apartments many times before and have never come across such ambiguous directions or information before.
Owner's Response: I am sorry that you felt that the location was not suitable for you and your family; this was probably because as you informed me on your return that your daughter was heavily pregnant and your husband had a heart condition.

If you had contacted me prior to your departure, I would have either advised you that under your circumstances and considering the August heat that you would have been better to hire a car for your stay or my apartment may not have been suitable for you and your family’s needs.

With reference of you not being able to speak to me by telephone, this was due to the fact that I was away from home on business, as I did mention in my email to you.
