'Casa Santiago' , your home-from-home in sunny Spain
'Casa Santiago' is an apartment with two twin bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one en-suite). The lounge is equipped with Italian leather sofas, attractive dining-table, lamp-tables, satellite TV and DVD player. The lounge is beautifully furnished with co-ordinating custom made curtains and accessories. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, washing-machine, microwave, iron, kettle, toaster and is fully equipped with all crockery, utensils etc. The bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes and ample drawer units. Hairdryers are provided in each room. Both bathrooms are fully tiled in co-ordinating colours, with four-piece suites. The apartment has a sunny south-west facing terrace with quality dining/reclining furniture and patio doors from both the lounge and master bedroom. At the rear of the property is a small private garden which also has dining table and chairs - a great spot for a sunny breakfast as you plan the day ahead. A safe deposit box is provided.

'Casa Santiago' is located within the Montecanada Complex in Torreblanca, on the Eastern edge of the bustling resort of Fuengirola. Malaga is only 20 kms away and easily reached by public transport, while the wonderful marina at Benalmadena and the mountain village of Mijas are each just 15 minutes drive away. The glamourous Marbella and Puerto Banus are 30 mins away, while the Andalucian cities of Cordoba and Granada are popular day-trip destinations. Gibraltar can be reached in one hour.

Notes to the rental rates

Prices shown are for the apartment (not per person) for a seven night stay. Changeover day until April 09 is negotiable, thereafter Sunday weekly until end October 2009. Thereafter it is again negotiable.
Substantial discounts available for long term winter lets (four weeks or more).
A basic welcome pack is included in the price. All towels and linens provided (except beach towels).
A travel cot can be provided at no extra cost, but must be arranged in advance.
Deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking, which also acts as damages/key deposit. Four weeks before departure full amount of rental fee is due, with £100 deposit being returned to you within 7 days of the end of your holiday provided no damage has been done to the apartment. Once paid, no funds are refundable in the event of cancellation. As with all holidays, we recommend that you take out travel insurance at the time of booking to protect you against unforeseen circumstances.

| Notes: | The apartment enjoys communal swimming pools and tennis courts, with secure underground parking space. A DVD player and CD player are provided with a selection of discs available for your viewing or listening pleasure. There is also a small selection of games, playing cards etc. Four tennis racquets and a supply of tennis balls are available in the apartment. Electric fans are supplied for your comfort. A gas barbecue is available for your use, and Casa Santiago has a small, stocked wine rack for your convenience - just replace what you use before your departure. A car is recommended to take advantage of all the coast has to offer, however it is not essential for a stay at Casa Santiago as there are public transport links nearby. Due to the fact that the complex is on a hillside, giving great views of the sea just 600m away, we do not recommend it for the infirm or those with walking difficulties. Smoking permitted only in the open terrace/garden. Weekly linen/towel change. |
Golfers Paradise.
The Costa del Sol is a golfers paradise, with almost 50 courses within an hours drive. Casa Santiago would provide an ideal base for golf parties, with the courses of Torrequebrada, Mijas, La Cala and Alhaurin all particularly close.
