This immaculately furnished, air-conditioned apartment is finished in natural shades of cream throughout, creating a wonderfully cool and fresh ambience. The lounge and the main bedroom have patio doors leading on to the neat terrace, complete with dining furniture and views of the Mediterranean sea. The perfect place to relax. The apartment (which was completed in March 2004), is equipped with all new crockery, cutlery, utensils, iron with ironing board and electrical appliances. The communal grounds of Monte Cañada are laid out in gardens and equipped with seating areas, swimming pool, separate children's pool and two tennis courts. NB: Pools are open May - September only.

The Montecanada complex, Torreblanca is situated on the outskirts of the bustling town of Fuengirola. The centre of Fuengirola is only 2km away and you can walk along the magnificent promenade or take the bus, which stops just outside the complex. Benalmadena is 7km from the apartment. Here you can visit the marina or one of the many restaurants, bars and clubs in the town. Alternatively you may wish to take a trip west to Marbella, Peurto Banus or Gibralter. Bus trips are available from local shops for those without a car. Local activities: Tivoli World, La Paloma Park, Aqua Splash and Sea World. We can arrange reliable and reasonably price airport transfers or big savings on car hire through a British company, locally. For more photographs please contact us for web site address.
