This self-contained apartment consists of the complete ground floor of a large secluded villa with private swimming pool and heated jacuzzi. It has a separate entrance and the spacious comfortable accommodation comprises fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, large fridge/freezer and microwave; two spacious twin bedded rooms (plus hallway/sitting area with pullout bunk beds); full bathroom, sitting & dining room with satellite television and large doors to patio and pool. Although the owner is in residence in the upstairs of the villa, there are gardens to the front of the house and the pool is rarely used by the owner.

Just 15 minutes from Malaga Airport, this apartment is situated about two miles from the beach with superb views of the sea and mountains. Within walking distance there are two restaurant/bars, a supermarket, chemist and newsagents. A bus service operates between here and Fuengirola. Just over a mile away there is a Hypermarket (Euromarket) and the Mijas Aquatic Park is also nearby.
