'In February 2005 my husband and I stayed in Scott’s apartment. It was just like being at home. Every convenience was available. One day I was looking for a piece of string - and I found it! Everything was spotlessly clean and there was ample linen cutlery and crockery of a very high standard. The electronics were state of the art and they all worked! There was functioning air conditioning and central heating. There was always hot water. Something went wrong with one of the doors and I phoned Scott and he immediately rectified the fault. He met us at the airport which was a blessing, and he took us back. He was a good friend to us and nothing was too much trouble. We are going again soon, and hope when in the area to be always able to stay at Dona Sofia.'
