The Apartment is Privately Owned and Carefully Managed. The 2 bedroom budget priced apartment (1 Twin, 1 Double) sleeps 4 people + Baby cot if required. Situated only 20 minutes from Malaga Airport by car (adequate parking available) and only 4 minutes walk from Los Boliches Rail Link to Malaga Airport (25 min.). The apartment is on the 5th floor (2 lifts) in a secure, residential complex. 6 minute walk from the front door to the best beaches in Spain. The apartment has all you need for your stay.... washing machine, hairdryer?

The apartment is about 4 minutes walk from the popular old town of Los Boliches, just 15 minutes walk from Fuengirola center.......The situation is fine if you don't drive, the Train and Bus links are only 4 minutes away and if you want to drive, bargain car deals can be had along with parking at or very near to the apartment !! including 15% off Helle Hollis rental prices with my membership number ...just ask !!

The block also houses 3 cafe/bars that have regular hours and good food !!

Notes: 15 minutes buy train from Malaga Airport and only 4 minutes walk to the apartment ........The 2 bed-roomed apartment on the 5th floor of a friendly residential block and gives access to the best beaches and holiday areas in Spain (6 minutes walk). The local amenities: Within 8 minutes walk you have the choice of over 40 bars and restaurants,6 takeaway places, 3 large supermarkets ,the local efficient bus service ,the local efficient rail service (unusual but true !! ) a fabulous sea front and promenade, come on ,find out for yourselves !!!

Mercadona Supermarket is just 3 minutes walk and 'Corte de Ingles' the Spanish 'Harrods' has just opened a shop in the close area....

The nearest quiet local bar is only 5 yards away (shame!)

Fuengirola even has it's own zoo well worth a visit.

ALL Under 25 minutes drive...........: Malaga ,Picasso's birthplace and top shopping and port, Marbella and Puerto Banus with all its pomp, brass and big cars. Ronda, history of the oldest bullring in Spain and a bullfighting museum. The most spectacular sights in the Ronda valley and gorge, not to be missed. Mijas village with all its donkey trails, charm and super restaurants. The abundant botanical gardens in Coin. I can tell you loads more...................

My friends and I have just returned from a very pleasant stay in this apartment. The property was very clean and well maintained and just a short walk to the town of Los Boliches, the station and also the beach. We had the use of a car so we tended to travel further afield for restaurants but my favourite was the Don Jesus which was close to Fuengirola but I cannot remember the exact location. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to friends and hope to stay there again myself when I am holidaying in this area. I would add that the owners were extremely helpful and friendly.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing

Enjoyed our week here

My wife and I enjoyed our weeks stay in this apartment.It is great value for money.It is described as a "Budget Apartment" and we did not expect out and out luxury, but the apartment was comfortable and had all the facilities you might need.
As a Horse racing fan I was really pleased to find the TV channels included both Racing UK and ATR- which was great during the Cheltenham Festival.
There is an excellent Bakers/Cake shop (Panaderia) in the apartment block and a nice little bar just a few steps away from the entrance doors.
It is in a good location for the bars and restaurants and we particularly liked a Restaurant named Los enebros which is located on the Avenue Jesus Cautivo.
The direction we received from the owner were first class and we had no problems finding the apartment.
We had excellent weather and were able to spend a few days on the beach, which is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
We would certainly consider using this apartment again

Pleasant Stay

Had a very pleasant stay in this appartment, it was clean and had everything you would need. I also liked the fact it didn't have too many ornaments around everywhere as my child has special needs we would had found it difficult to keep him away from them all, i found it very safe for him as well. The appartment was in a nice and quite area of Los Boliches and it wasn't far to the beach at all. Supermarket was very near too. The owner is very nice and very quick to get back on your e-mails the return of the deposit was very quick as well Thanks. We have family that live there so hopefully we will stay in this appartment again.

Great Holiday / Location

Had a great holiday in Fuengirola.The apartment was clean and tidy and had all the essentials needed for our stay.The location of the apartment is within easy walking distance of all the amenities you might require.
ie; Train, bus, beach, bars / restaurants etc.
The owner David was very helpful and promptly answered the couple of questions we had prior to our departure.
We would definitely use again when visiting the area and would recommend.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

The apartment was just as we imagined. Well maintained, secure, quiet, clean, central and within minutes to train and bus. It had all the facilities required to prepare meals and do laundry.
I would recommend this lodging to others especially its central location. Restaurants, supermarkets, Tuesday Market, boardwalk and beach, as well as travel agents are within walking distance.
The owners are friendly, helpful and answer any questions you may have.
Reasonably priced so you could spend more money enjoying the wonderful restaurants. Many of the Tapas Bars kept drawing us back.
I would certainly consider staying here again.
