The Apartment is Privately Owned and Carefully Managed. The 2 bedroom budget priced apartment (1 Twin, 1 Double) sleeps 4 people + Baby cot if required. Situated only 20 minutes from Malaga Airport by car (adequate parking available) and only 4 minutes walk from Los Boliches Rail Link to Malaga Airport (25 min.). The apartment is on the 5th floor (2 lifts) in a secure, residential complex. 6 minute walk from the front door to the best beaches in Spain. The apartment has all you need for your stay.... washing machine, hairdryer? We provide bed linen but the only thing we ask you to bring is your Towels!!!! You Can Even Pay via 'PAYPAL' With Your Credit Card..... please contact me for details of payments (+3.5% sorry, but this is their charge, not mine!!)

The apartment is about 4 minutes walk from the popular old town of Los Boliches, just 15 minutes walk from Fuengirola center.......The situation is fine if you don't drive, the Train and Bus links are only 4 minutes away and if you want to drive, bargain car deals can be had along with parking at or very near to the apartment !! The block also houses 4 cafe/bars that have regular hours and good food !!

The local amenities: Within 8 minutes walk you have the choice of over 40 bars and restaurants,6 takeaway places, 3 large supermarkets ,the local efficient bus service ,the local efficient rail service (unusual but true !! ) a fabulous sea front and promenade, come on ,find out for yourselves !!! Mercadona Supermarket is just 3 minutes walk and 'Corte de Ingles' the Spanish 'Harrods' has just opened a shop in the close area.... The nearest quiet local bar is only 5 yards away (shame!) Fuengirola even has it's own zoo well worth a visit.

ALL Under 25 minutes drive...........: Malaga ,Picasso's birthplace and top shopping and port, Marbella and Puerto Banus with all its pomp, brass and big cars. Ronda, history of the oldest bullring in Spain and a bullfighting museum. The most spectacular sights in the Ronda valley and gorge, not to be missed. Mijas village with all its donkey trails, charm and super restaurants. The abundant botanical gardens in Coin. I can tell you loads more...................

Winter let 2009.

Found this property, while searching for suitable accomodation for out annual winter visit to Spain. The details were perfect and as I have only 1 good leg, I needed to ensure that there would be no problems. I contacted the owners and got the information I required, re access etc Another matter that required attntion was access for my electric scooter. This was sorted out with the owners of the bar downstairs, who allowed me to stable it there overnight.
The apartment itself was very comfortable, and quite adequate for a 5 week stay, and I can recommend it to anybody who requires a trouble free stay. The owners are always available on the phone to get problems sorted, and their agents in Los Boliches are excellent at getting such items as gas, lights etc dealt with promptly.
The pick up at the Airport was excellent.

A well equipped apartment situated in a residential block that was well maintained and there were two lifts to all floors. The balcony and shutters to the windows kept the apartment cool and pleasant for sleeping. The apartment was within easy walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, bus stop and train stop. The local beach was very well kept and sunbeds and umberellas could be hired for the day. The food at the local restaurants was very good and reasonably priced.

Lovely Holiday

I have just returned from a weeks stay in this apartment and thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment is clean and spacious, and is well equipped. It is in a residential area, and is basic, as described, but in a great location and a great base for exploring the local area. The train station is nearby, and I could walk to the beach and main area of los Boliches in 6 minutes. My toddler loved the apartment, the balcony was great and very safe. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment for a short or long stay.

2 weeks summer holiday

This apt is comfortable and adequately equipped for anyone spending their days down at the beach or out sightseeing.
There is a large supermarket just around the corner where we purchased everything we needed for the holiday.
We were able to contact the owner very easily, and he sorted a minor problem for us.
Although the apartments are described as being in a residential area, we were surprised how close the apts blocks were, and this spoiled the view from our balcony. But if you don't mind this close proximity, this is a good apt.

Well equipped apartment for 4 persons. Clean staircase with lift up to 5 floor. 5 min:s walk to the center of Los Boliches and to the beach. Very close to train station to airport and Malaga, which we visited for one day, very comfortable.
