This beautiful South/West facing apartment with wrap around terrace is located directly on the promenade of Los Boliches. The main entrance through the landscaped garden & pool area is just a few steps from the beach! Being on the sixth floor, there are breathtaking views of the surrounding area from all windows. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has access directly onto the terrace facing the Mediterranean Sea. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds and is large enough to accept a third single if required. Further sleeping accommodation is provided by a quality sofa bed that quickly converts into two singles. The main bathroom has a bath and shower, the second has a walk in shower, both have modern decor & heated towel rails. The superb kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all the usual electrical appliances. The large lounge-diner is very comfortably furnished with modern furniture. 2 lifts serve the apartment.

Have just come back from staying at this apartment with my husband & mum & dad, The apartment is extremely well presented & its location could'nt be better the views from every aspect of the apartment are outstanding, We are already looking to visit it again next year with our grandchildren as the area is ideal for children the beach is very safe and it is all on the flat. it only took us 45 minutes to get form the airport to the apartment using the train to Los Boliches and was extremely cheap 8 euros for 4 of us. One of the best apartments we have stayed at, Jackie was extremely helpful & easy to contact . Can't wait to go back

We have travelled much - but.......

We spent one month in 57354 a beautiful apartment. The place is excellent especially if you have kids. We had nice children´s bed and chair available the hole month. Supermarket and nice restaurants are very near. We have travelled much, but we were very surprised about the beautiful and nice view to the sea. We can recommend this nice place to everyone!

area for 14 years and this is the best apt. we have
stayed at. comfortable, wheelchair friendly very well
appointed,safe area and good resteraunts.also the
most magnificant views of the med.i would highly
recomend the apt.

"We have just returned from a brilliant week in this resort, our first time in apartment 57354. The apartment is absolutely first class and the views are magnificent. I cannot imagine a better view than this and the location of the apartment was perfect. The property is decorated to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean. We were a party of two couples and had a double bedroom and a seperate bathroom for each couple which was really great.I cannot recommend the apartment highly enough and the booking procedure direct with Jackie was so easy. Jackie is also so helpful and will do anything for you to make your stay enjoyable.Overall we had a perfect holiday in a stunning apartment and we cannot wait for our next visit.Thanks again Jackie we shall be booking again soon. Dennis, Rena, Albert and Ursula.

A lovely apartment in a fantastic location!

We stayed in this apartment for one week at the beginning of July and loved it. The apartment was really nicely decorated and was lovely and light with plenty of mirrors and windows. It was literally straight on the beach and the pool was lovely although it was a bit of a surprise that there was no sun bed. Jackie was very helpful and when a fan broke she came to the apartment the next morning and replaced it, we also got our deposit back when we left which was brilliant.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to a friend.
