This well equipped apartment, with digital TV and hot and cold air conditioning, has stunning mountain and sea views and is located in the new Playamar development close to the Castle in Fuengirola. The complex has its own communal swimming pool. The apartment is fully equipped with cooker, washing machine, microwave and fridge / freezer and is situated on the 4th floor of the complex. The apartment is south-west facing, the sun terrace receiving sun from afternoon until evening. The apartment is furnished with 1 double bed, 2 singles beds and a sofa bed to provide sleeping accommodation for up to 5 people. The apartment has its own allocated parking in the complexes secure parking garage.

Fuengirola is at the heart of the Costa del Sol. The apartment is located close to the Moorish Castle on the South side of the town. The brand new Miramar shopping and cinema complex is less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment. This complex contains a large number of well known brand shops, restaurants and a very large supermarket for all of your shopping needs. The long sandy beach for which this part of the Costa del Sol is rightly famous is also less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment complex. The centre of Fuengirola town and the famous 'Fish Alley' containing numerous bars and restaurants is a pleasant 20 minute walk from the apartment along the Paseo Maritimo promenade. The Costa del Sol is often referred to as the Costa del Golf as there are a large number of golf courses within a 15 minute drive of the apartment. Also within easy reach are two water parks.
