This bright, sunny 3 bedroomed apartment with a nice sheltered balcony is in Los Boliches, the quieter part of Fuengirola. It is on the 3rd floor (accessible by lift) of a small residential block, secured by an entryphone system and furnished to provide a home from home. It is ideal for both summer and winter holidays for couples or families of all ages. The kitchen and bathroom are brand new and fully equipped. An English lady, who lives in the block, looks after the apartment, will get basic shopping in advance and is usually on hand to ensure a trouble free holiday. A first floor 3 bedroomed apartment is also now available

Nearest Airport: Malaga at 12 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 0.3 Miles
A quiet cul de sac about 6 minutes walk from the wide, sandy blue flag beach. Around the corner is a large supermarket and numerous shops, bars and restaurants are in the vicinity. The centre of Fuengirola is a pleasant 20min stroll along the promenade, or a short bus ride. Amongst its attractions are marina, lively markets, castle, aquapark, nightclubs and an English theatre. From Los Boliches station there are half-hourly trains along the coast to Benalmadena (Tivoli World), Torremolinos, and Malaga Airport and City. Excursions to Gibraltar, Ronda and Granada are available. A car is not necessary. There is street parking.

.Kitchen –This has brand new units with granite worktops and is fully equipped with plenty of pots, pans, ovenware, glass, china, cutlery and tea towels, electric kettle, toaster, as well ceramic hob two ovens, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer.

Lounge – This has Cable TV (40 channels inc. BBC, ITV & Sky), a large variety of books, various board games, cards and puzzles. Calor gas stove and electric fan.

The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users as, although it has a lift, there are a couple of steps up to the communal front door. There is a gentle rise from the beach except for a 20 yard stretch which is fairly steep.

Better than we expected, this apartment was close to beech and train station, shops and the most important of all the bars. The apartment was clean with a very large balcony for evening meals. For the cost and location we were very happy and will be looking at booking again. The owners were very freindly and made sure we were ok for milk on arrival which after the journey was a nice touch. Anybody renting this apartment and looking for a nice meal should check out the Sand Piper just down on the sea front the food and service is excelent.
