This apartment is perfectly located being close to the beach and the centre of Fuengirola. It has air conditioning(or heating ) to the lounge/diner and main bedroom, a new kitchen with granite work top, Bosch oven and vitro ceramic hob and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room. Both bathrooms are completely remodelled with new bathroom suite, modern lighting and tiling.The master bedroom is fully en suite. Other facilities include new furniture, cable TV with all main English channels and a CD player. There is a swimming pool and underground parking - although it is only a five minute walk to the bus and railway stations (for trains to Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Málaga airport and City centre). The curent owners are involved in the hotel and accommodation industry for the past 22 years and have excellent experience in customer care.

During the last year the town council have spent a lot of money improving the appearance of Fuengirola. They are particularly proud of the number of trees that have been planted and the work that has been done on the main square which is often used for public events especially during the fiestas of Spain

Restaurents, Bars & Nightclubs.: Fuengirola has a fabulous selection of Restaurents, Bars & Nightclubs. A well known area known as Fishers alley has some of the best selections of Restaurents and Bars you will ever come accross. Restaurents & Bars from all different nationalities therefor there is a wide selection of food and drink. This area is only approx 2 minutes walk away from the apartment. There are several night clubs in fuengirola and late bars to cater for everybodys taste. Although the apartment is located in the city center it is situated in a quiet location where there is no noise at night. Location is ideal for familys and couples as it is a well matured and plesant area.

Golf: Close to the flats is a booking centre for Golf Courses and there are plenty within easy reach. Some of the finest golf courses on the costa del sol within in short distance to the apartment. If you wish to arrange your golf courses before your trip we can arange this with a colleague of ours in fuengirola which we can put you intouch with. Car hire, we can put you intouch with a reliable car hire company with keen rates.

A great apartment. It was perfect for us. Lovely rooms, great to have air conditioning in a hot week, lovely balcony, garden and fantastic pool. Every item or gadget we needed was in the kitchen and around the flat. One of our group was in a wheelchair and the facilities were perfect for him, especially being so close to town, the station and the beach.
I would definitely recommend this to a friend, and would stay again.
Very helpful before and during our stay.
I would also recommend Fuengirola as a holiday destination, it's a well established town with a good beach, nice cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. There's a good mix of Spanish restaurants as well as other cuisines. The transport links are excellent if you want to get a train or bus to other parts of Spain.

This is a fabulous apartment, Everything you need is there, It is handy for shops, beach, train and bus service, The television was good as it has teletext and all sports channel, All rooms are large space so plenty of for all. Will certainty pay another visit and highly recommend it.

This ideal apartment for all types of holidays,we were on a golfing holiday,so the secured garage was handy for the golf club,apartment was spot on,very tidy,plenty of towels and linen,there was a new fitted kitchen but we did not cook very much,ideally situated for the centre of fuengirola,also the beach,bus station,and most important,fish alley,for pubs annd resturants,would recommend "moochies for fine food and music,the irish pub around the corner from the apartment called the half penny bridge does a nice breakfast,and we were most welcome there.

Spacious apartment with all mod cons, everything works as described and there was no disappointments with anything. Easy walking distance from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, beach, internet cafes, bus and train stations. Local key holder is very helpful and friendly and the owner was very helpful when we were let down by another property. We have stayed there twice now and wouldn't hesitate in going back, which we probably will.

Great Apartment

Fantastic location, 2 mins from the beach. This apartment is 7 mins from the Train station, and 5 mins from the main Bus Station, both can take you to Malaga, Airport ect. Quite and very safe and very close to shopping and 5 mins from main town centre. No car is needed as everywhere is walking distance.
The apartment is bright, clean and airy,. It has three very spacious bedrooms 2 twin bedrooms, and 1 double. There are plenty of clean towels, bed linen ect.This apartment is hard to beat in this very central area.Christina ( a very friendly girl) can be available to collect you at the airport and she is there if any problems.
There is a great supermarket across the road, and plenty of cafe and lovely restaurants within a two min walk. Martin gives plenty of information in his arrival book, maps, restaurants ect.l
