A Fantastic self-catering FRONT LINE apartment with amazing views of the beach and the marina. Enjoy a romantic sun downer on the balcony as the sun sets over the sea and a superb breakfast watching the waves roll in. Then stroll across the road for a dip in the sea and a sun tan or walk a short distance into the town centre for shopping bargains. The apartment is ideal for couples, singles and elderly. (The apartment has a lift) The studio is well equipped with Satellite TV and Video player, 2 ceiling fan (no air-conditioning) and free standing upright fan, kitchen with cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron/ironing board, loads of storage space and modern bathroom with lovely patio doors leading onto a private balcony with terrace furniture. This sort after complex boasts two exciting restaurants, bar, heated swimming pool (in the winter months) with a gym and internet access (at an additional cost) and close to all amenities.

Fuengirola is the most popular tourist resort on the Costa del Sol with five miles of glorious sandy beaches, plenty of bars, restaurants, entertainment and shops (large supermarket at rear of building). Local things to see and do: Zoo, Aquapark with tubes and slides, boat trips, huge Tuesday market just 5 minutes away, Myramar indoor shopping complex and cinema, cable cars (Benalmadena). Lovely sunshine throughout the year. Interesting towns to visit: Benalmadena, Mijas, Marbella, Puerto Banus (playground of film stars and millionaires and further afield: Nerja, Ronda, Torreblanca, Granada and Seville. Apartment overlooks the Playa de los Boliches and is located right on the sea front. Trains run directly from Malaga airport every 30 minutes and the journey takes approx. 25 minutes. Taxi from Malaga airport cost around 35 euros and can be arranged on your behalf.

we have had a great time the apartment was exellent very clean lots of nice bedding and towels you could not want for anything supermarket iust next door which was very handy we will definitely use this apartment again

The studio is situated in a very good location, across the road the beach, behind the studio a large shopping centre, a 10 minute walk from the train station and 15 minute walk to the town centre.

We have just returned today from our two week stay at this appartment. We have stayed at the Stella Maris before and knew it was a great place to be . We love Los Boliches, it is great for bars , restaurants and right on the beach. Appartment was spotless and Anna Mann is a joy to do business with. Our favourite eating places are; Ku Damm on the marina, Sandpiper on the front and La Roma in the town. For drinking in Los Boliches; Kelly's Bar with a friendly Dutch owner who speaks English like a native and on the same steet as the Pyr hotel there is my favourite Spanish bar owner, Pepe at of course Pepe's Bar. A great holiday and I highly recommend this property.

We had a great time in Fuengirola. The apartment was very nice and close to the beach and the city center. When we arrived the apartment was clean and there are more than enough towels.

The view from the balcony is great!

my partner and i have been holidaying at these particular apartments for the last five years (sometimes twice a year) and have always enjoyed our stay.
we would normally book the stella maris through various on line travel agents, however this year we decided to see if we could find a room renting privately and as you may have gathered we found this place.
its probably the best decision we have made, not only is it the nicest room we have stayed in but also very competitively priced,
for those who like to take advantage of the facilities it has all you will need and more fridge freezer,microwave,kettle, sandwich maker,pots pans cutlery etc(all very clean) and a supermacardo round the back, for those who like to dine out (ourselves included) it is ideally located with plenty of restaurants close by our own favourite being the sandpiper.when leaving the apartment just head left towards the yaramar hotel,you'll find lots of other restaurants in this area, for a good breakfast try the uppa crust.
getting to the apartment from malaga airport we would highly recommend using the local train getting off at the los boliches stop, when you book this place the owner will e-mail you with more detail.
to sum up i would recommend this room, great location, nice restaurants near by and close to some good bars (latinos, bar one and the emerald isle to name a few)
our own top tip though would be a glass of wine or three on the balcony and enjoy the sea view awesome.

We agree that everything you need is close by, it is great to have the beach across the road and a lovely sea view from the apartment.
A bonus is that you can take the train from the airport and then a short walk to the apartment.

My partner and I have not long returned from staying at this apartment for the Christmas period 2008.

We are frequent visitors to the area of Los Boliches, as we have many friends there. We have stayed at many different apartments over the years and we found this to be excellent value for money.

The service we received from the initial phone call, to enquire about the property was very professional and which continued even after we came home.

We found receiving the keys for the apartment before we went on holiday saves a lot of hassle and make the start of your holiday less stressful.

On arrival to the apartment, it was clear that it is a well look after and managed very well, all of the very apartment was very clean and well presented and the views from the balcony were unbelievable.

If I had to say a negative point, the only thing I could say, well it is not a negative it is more of a suggestion and that is, possibly re arranging the lounge/bedroom area slightly to enable two easy chairs, to relax in when you are wanting to spend a night in the apartment.

The apartment is situated right on the front in Los Boliches and central for all the shops and local Bars and Restaurants.

One final thing we would like to say is that we highly recommend staying in this apartment and that we will be using this property in the very near future.
