Playamar is a brand new development across the road from the beach, on an elevated site with stunning sea and mountain views. It is equipped with lifts, air conditioning, swimming pool and each apartment has an indoor parking space. The apartment is located on the top floor, only three storeys above the garage. Furnished to a high standard with all modern conveniences. It is south facing, you can enjoy the sun on the balcony from mid-morning to sunset. It has a large balcony with an awning if you just want to sit and take in the beautiful sea views. There is a very large private roof terrace where the sun can be enjoyed all day.

  • Long winter lets in period November to March excluding Christmas and New Year are available at reduced rates. Please check with owner for all rental periods as there may be 'special offers'.
    Deposit 30% of total rental. Balance payable within twelve weeks before departure. Changeover day is generally flexible but in high season bookings already made may determine the changeover day. Clients must vacate by 11am but it may be possible to be flexible depending on time of arrival of next guests. Arrival time 3pm but it may be possible to be flexible.
  • A refundable security deposit of £70 will be required

Notes: Playamar is a new block of apartments on an elevated site in a quiet area yet convenient to all amenities. It has a large balcony and very large roof terrace (not counted in the 800 sq.ft.) with fantastic sea and mountain views. It is furnished to a high standard with a fully equipped kitchen. It has air conditioning which in the months of June to September inclusive is paid through a meter which means you only pay for what you use. There are two small supermarkets with restaurants beside the block and a Hypermarket 12 minutes walking. There are numerous restaurants and bars within 15 minutes walk and of course the beautiful walk along the famous Fuengirola promenade. Numerous activities for both parents and childen nearby

Fuengirola has five miles of wonderful well cared for beaches, bordered by a magnificent Promenade for that leisurely evening stroll. It has a very popular street market in the local Fairground every Tuesday. There is an aquatic park within 12 minutes walk from the Fuengirola bus station. Its Municipal Zoo is the only one on the Andulasion coast. There are numerous Golf courses nearby. Skiing can be enjoyed on Sierra Nevada (a couple of hours drive) from December to April.

There will be a lady on site to welcome you and help you settle in.

Great Apartment

We had a lovely stay here.The apartment is huge with the added bonus of three balconies or outdoor areas. The area in which the apartment is lovely and not far not the good nightlife of Fuengirola. All in all it was a great holiday! I would definitely return.

We stayed at this apartment/Playamar for two weeks June/July 2009. It was the best apartment that we have ever stayed in. We never got tired of the magnificient views from the balcony and roof terrace. Good beach practically on the doorstep. It is very well equipped with good size bedrooms and airconditioning throughout. Simple things like having a roof terrace to dry clothes was an added bonus. The couple who look after it were very helpful.
We hope to return again

Stayed here for 10days..the whole family(2 adults2teenage boys)LOVED the apartment and the location was ideal for beach,supermarkets,restaurants and other resorts close by..We hope to go back next year for 14days....

Our Holiday Apartment

We stayed here in September this year for two weeks. The owner has laid out everything you would expect, linen etc, but also some little extras, like numbers for good taxis, restaurant addresses, even the fishingopertunities! We have already booked for next year, the only problem I would have in recommending it is that we may miss the chance to re-book again!!
