This a new spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms - the main bedroom is double aspected with access to the terrace and an en suite bathroom. The kitchen is fitted with all major appliances including fridge freezer,dishwasher, washing machine, 4 ring ceramic hob, fan oven and microwave. The block incorporates fire doors and the swimming pool(new EU Regs)sloping ramp with hand rail to enter water. There is secure underground car parking. This block is in a pleasant area of the town but with all facilities close at hand,and the beach is approximately 10 minutes walk.

Fuengirola has a 7kms beach or alternatively there is a huge choice of golf courses within easy reach,and excursions daily leave for Seville, Cordoba, Granada, Gibraltar and Morroco so a car is not neccessity for day to day living.

Fuengirola: The town is very fortunate in having a lovely sandy beach of 7kms and magnificent promenade for the whole length of it with many beach-side cafes and restaurants where you can have a rest or a full meal until late. The main square is a great place to just meet ,shop or pass the time of day with a drink before eating at one the many places whether you want to be adventurous or home fom home its there.

Attractions : Apart from all the usual watersports Fuengirola has an Aqua Park with all the slides and even has its own Zoo. There are many Golf courses on the Coast to suit all skills. .....there are daily excursion to Seville, Granada. Cordoba, Gibraltar and even North Africa. There is a Safari Park at Estapona and Sealife Marina at Benalmadina. to reach the provincial capital Malaga there is a 1/2 hourly train service (45mins).

Thoroughly enjoyed stay with grandchildren, plenty of room, close to bakery for morning bread and bars for evening drink. everything in flat worked perfectly and was clean and airy on takeover. Grandchildren walked to both zoo and water park and beach.Would recommend it and we are hoping to go again ourselves

I stayed here with my wife and twin daughters aged 7 for a week in late October. The owener met us at airport and gave us keys. We made our own way by rental car in 30 minutes. There is a garage in basement . Very secure. Access is via lift from garage or through gates at street level into hallway and then lifts to 5th floor. Apartment clean well equiped overlooks the pool although it is naturally not useable in winter.Apartment is as described. Very central to town and market area. 10 mins walk to the front and beach promanade. I will most likely return.

This flat is on the 5th floor,but really 7th floor as bottom 2 floors are for maintenance, spectacular views from the very small balcony, nice spacious flat but sadly neglected. Two wall sockets in kitchen not working, kettle, toaster plugged into extension. Mixer tap loose in big hole and everytime I used it I thought it would fall off, of 10 kitchen units only 1 has door, Shower room wall bracket missing meaning you have to hold shower, very difficult in small shower with curtain. Lock on patio doors broken, when I complained to owner, he said that he had deliberately removed shower bracket from wall as most people like it that way!! Also he had broken lock on patio doors in case anyone got locked out on veranda!
Curtain pole in main bedroom fell off the wall the first day we were there and my husband repaired it.
On the plus side, the way the bedrooms are situated gives very good privacy if there are two couples, the pool is the biggest I have seen with lovely gardens and trees for shade, very well maintained and has a lifeguard there constantly. Very secure and private, and very safe if you have children. A supermarket just outside gate and a few other shops, just round the corner a square with several shops, bars and restaurants, just a few minutes walk to the main market on Tuesdays. Very central, about 10 mins walk to beach and marina. The owner was helpful,came the second week with a maid and changed sheets and did the cleaning. A few minor repairs would make this apartment a much more pleasant experience.

Great flat!

We were there last week and honestly, the photos dont do it justice. It's a great spacious flat with great views to the mountains, it is very near the centre (only about 10 mins walking distance if you take the diagonal), and very near the market, yet very quiet. The landlord was very helpful and friendly and we had a great stay. Would 100%recommend/ do business again.
