Rental rates (per flat, per week): Deposit of 25% required (non-returnable) on booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday; Any changeover day considered but not Sundays. Price includes electricity, TV use, gas, laundry, and cleaning of the apartment before you arrive and after your departure.Bedlinen and towels are provided - but please bring your own beach towels; In order to allow time for cleaning on changeover day, guests must not arrive prior to 3pm, and must leave by 11am on day of departure. Security deposit of £70 (to cover loss of keys or loss from/damage/extra cleaning to property) payable with booking. This deposit will be refunded within two weeks after the keys are returned to us and we get a satisfactory report from the management.
