A quiet location, yet only 3 mins from the nearest bars, restaurants and supermarket and less than 5 mins from the nearest beach. Complex consists of 56 apartments that have access to attractive landscaped gardens with two communal swimming pools that are linked by a cascade; one of the pools is heated. Additional information about rental rates

  • Keys are collected from the English run management company in Spain - there is no fee for this service if the keys are collected during office hours. If they are collected out of hours you will be met at the apartment and there will be an additional fee for this service, which will depend on your time of arrival.
    A key deposit cheque will be asked for of £100, this will be destroyed on return of the keys to the apartment and once an inventory check by the Management Company in Spain has been completed.
    1. Provisional bookings will be held for two weeks and secured against a personal cheque for £100.
    2. Final payment will be made no later than 8 weeks before departure.
    3. Arrival at the apartment is from 4pm but can be earlier if this can be arranged with the management company.
    4. Apartment needs to be vacated by 10 am on the day of the departure. This can be amended if there is no follow on rental but needs to be confirmed by the owner.

Notes: Furnished to a high standard our air conditioned apartment has a spacious open plan living / dining area, fully fitted kitchen, 2 good-sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautifully furnished in traditional Spanish style. The lounge / dining room leads through to a southeast facing terrace that has the sun for most of the day. The room has two sofas, one of which will convert into a double sofa bed. The furniture is made from high quality hardwood and includes a dining table with ample seating for six. The wall unit and TV / Hi-Fi cabinet provide ample storage space. The high quality marble flooring is complemented by two large Moroccan rugs. There is satellite TV and a DVD 5.1 surround sound system. The walls are adorned by tapestries and original paintings. Both bedrooms are spacious with marble floors and good sized built in wardrobes that provide ample storage space. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace. The kitchen is also spacious and easy to manage.

Local Facilities: -The nearest are at Las Terrazas commercial centre and include a BBQ restaurant, pizzeria, couple of bars, supermarket, hair & beauty salon, ATM, public phone, hardware shop and next door is a popular Spanish restaurant. - Even closer is the Miraflores Golf Academy with its illuminated driving range, putting green and mini golf. There is also a bar and pro shop. - At the Miraflores golf club there is a smart restaurant with entertainment. - On the front there are numerous other bars, restaurants and shops including a good sized Cayetano supermarket. - A couple of minutes drive along the N340 will bring you to firstly Calypso and then Calahonda where there are additional facilities. - There is a well stocked Hypermarket in Fuengirola – 10 minutes away. - For something special then it is only 15 minutes to Marbella, or even closer is the large La Canada shopping mall. - Although recommended a car is not vital to the enjoyment of your holiday. There is a local 24 hour taxi rank.

Top quality apartment

We spent two fantastic weeks in this delightful apartment in April. From the minute you arrive and park in your designated underground parking space and get out of the lift at the front door of the apartment, it is obvious that it is of a very high standard.
The living /dining area is very large and well equipped. The dining table seats six very comfortably, and the two sofas are very comfy. The double width balcony is ideal for breakfast as the sun is on it first thing in the morning.
The master bedroom with ensuite is beautiful. There is ample wardrobe and drawer space. The patio doors open onto the balcony and the bathroom has his and hers sinks, toilet, a fullsize (if not bigger) bath and the biggest surprise underfloor heating.
The second bathroom has a walkin shower, sink, toilet and houses the washing machine .
The twin bedroom has two comfy beds and the biggest builtin wardrobes I have ever seen with plenty of room for clothes and your suitcases during your stay.
The kitchen has everything you could need .
All the electrical equipment is of a high standard including the dishwasher and washing machine and we wanted to put the DVD player in our case to bring home.
Our boys were in the pool every day.
It is a great base for getting out and about and also great for just staying local and lazing around.
The supermarket at the bottom of the hill is open 7 days and stays open untill 2am I think. The riviera hills complex has two supermarkets, many many restaurants and bars and shops. And the big Mercadonna is only a short 6 or 7 min drive away at La Cala
Most days we were able to get a wireless internet connection free(take your own laptop) and cannot fault the place
The only downside was having to come home again.

A very enjoyable stay

This apartment is in a nice development, private but at the same time sociable - depending on how you want your holiday to be largely due to the pool-area which is really nice and spacious, its very child-friendly too, our 5 year old daughter loved it. The Terrace has really nice views & is a great place to relax at night, with an atmospheric yet detached feeling. We've stayed in some far less enjoyable and less cleaner places in the surrounding areas & paid far more money for the privalage. There are some great bars/resturants nearby (the Italian is gorgeous), a well equiped supermarket and a cash-till all in walking range but its a very hilly and sweaty walk, we did manage it a few times though. A car is certainly required to enjoy the area, and it is enjoyable. The owners were very helpfull and charming, A blind would've been nice on the kittchen window, - apart from that look no further for this price.

Lovely apartment

We stayed in Aug 08 and had a terrific holiday, made better by the high quality of the apartment. Miraflores Golf resort is vast and extremely busy and the views from the balcony were lovely.
The nearest shops and bars are a car ride away - not an easy walk as it is very hilly, but there is a good choice of bars and restaurants locally. We didn't go to the beach as it was always too hot and busy, in all resorts not just the local one to the apartment. I also must comment that the pools used by this apartment were monopolised by children and families playing ball games, which made it difficult to get a swim in, but the smaller pool at the top was often empty.
All in all we had a great time, the apartment was excellent with great views and spotless interior, but the rules for the pool (no ball games, saving sun beds, climbing the waterfall etc) meant nothing to several of the families there and this could have spoiled it for us as there is no-one to enforce these rules, but having the option of the other pool saved the day!

Beautifuly furnished apartment in a gated community which
is lovely and safe for the children. Magnificent views from the very large balcony and secure underground parking. Choice of two pools set in superbly maintained grounds. Shops and restaurants a short walk away but if you have a car then the Costa is your oyster. Mijas worth a visit for
good food and horse drawn carriage rides or try the
local water park. Capobino beach only 5 minutes away.
We're back this summer for another visit and will try to tear
ourselves away from the complex for a vist to Gibraltar.
Would definately recommend a holiday to this beautiful apartment, if only to have the pleasure of dealing with Wilf and Diva again.

I've stayed in this apartment on three separate occassions spanning 4 years and have always found it of a consistently high standard. It's clean, well equipped and provides a comfortable relaxed base from which to explore the surrounding region. I would particularly recommend it for couples or young families. The pools are clean and accessible set within pleasant maturing gardens. Car hire is inexpensive & recommended & the drive from the airport is quite straighforward. The beach and bars/restaurants around the marina at Cabopino are favourites and are only a few minutes drive away. Puerto Banus is 30 -40 minutes drive. I've always found the owners to be approachable and trustworthy.
