A lovely apartment on a development within Riviera del Sol enjoying a fabulous uninterrupted sea view from the terrace, which is southwest facing. Recently built and fully fitted and furnished with up-to-date air conditioning and heating. There is a private, secure, underground car park with lift access to the first floor. Fully equipped kitchen including oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. Sky TV and DVD provided. Sleeping arrangements are 2 bedrooms one with double bed and one with twin beds and one double sofa-bed. Two swimming pools included in attractive landscaped grounds.

Situated on the edge of Riviera del Sol looking out to the sea and hills the apartment is about 20 minutes walk from a large choice of shops and restaurants. A further 5 minutes walk takes you to the nearest beach. It's a 15 minute drive to Marbella in one direction and 10 minute drive to Fuengirola in the opposite direction. New excellent motorway connection gives access to Malaga airport in 25 minutes. Mijas, Gibralter, Granada, Ronda, Sierra Nevada mountains and North Africa are all within a days drive. Miraflores Golf Club is adjacent to the development and there are over 40 golf courses within an hour's drive.

Thank you so much Richard and Shirley. We enjoyed our stay so much.

The flat is much more spaceous than the photos suggest with a large patio that has the sun in the afternoon. It was perfect to sunbathe/watch the sunset on while our little monster watched TV after an all action day at the pool! The air conditioning was a real bonus and the flat was kitted out with everything you could need.

We all slept really well in the beds and the shutters helped everyone sleep in. We had some lie-ins even with a 3 year old! He had a great time, there is a small baby pool, plus 2 adult pools. We also hung out at the Oasis swimming pool with bar/restaurant at the timeshare place up the road. We also wandered up there one evening and watched a parrot show. Secret, they have free wifi if you ask!

Thank you so much again for a fabulous week. We have come back to the UK feeling very refreshed.

Great place to get engaged!!

Set in a great quiet location with beautiful views of the sea and surrounding area. I've been here for a girlie holiday, with family and with my boyfriend who became my fiance there.

With the choice of two pools just outside the apartment or the beach a 15-minute walk away, and the supermarket on your way back, everything is within easy reach.

Plenty of choices of places to eat and drink, including Max Beach which looks out over the sea and serves cocktails in the bar and occaisionally a harpist of another live musician in the restaurant.

Or if you fancy a bit more shopping or a livelier night, both Malaga and Marbella are about 15-20 minutes drive in opposite directions from the apartment.

For those who like to DIY, the flat is clean, attractive and fully equipped, and the balcony makes a perfect place for a candlelit meal!!

This is a great place for families, couples or groups. You can't help but relax here!
